Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem. I was running Eiger 550PP online and then went to arcade and raced against the ai, then when I went back online my PP was at 535 instead of 550. What the heck happened? can anyone explain?

Have you checked your quick tune and notice any change from your original (Online 550PP) setup?

Sometimes, it does happen because some of the Arcade, or Time Trial have setup limitations that are more restrictive than the online races.

Most likely, either the Tires got (automatically) changed and switched during/for your Time Trial or Arcade session, or the Power (or the Weight) rating got tuned down. (Before going to Arcade race, did you stop by the Time Trial mode?)

:sly:

Why worry so much??? you can easily switch back to 550PP...

Chill man ;)

I guess it's the weight bug. Some cars in the game have it. If you change the weight of the car in the tuning section it will be reset to 100% when you quit the game or move away from the online race section and then return.

The 'weight bug' is a reset to 100% weight of the tune you have on when you go to a 550pp or 600pp online race.
535pp is a typical pp to be on if your 550pp car was set to 85% weight and was bug-reset to 100%.

Weight bug. Does my head in.

You sit and wait for 6-10 mins for a race to start then when you click go you realise you are over the PP for the race (or under) and miss the entry Grrrrrr!

Yes thats the weight bug for sure.
I've made a habit of always checking my setup, regardless of track and car. It helps you understand what your working with.:)

+1 👍 But like Rusty I learnt to check them all now no matter what the combo. It becomes like second nature after a while.

Yeah it's fun to be in a 550PP race in a car thats 535. Happens to me when I don't pay attention to the weight bug.

It was the weight that was changed. Thank you all for the input, I was racing against my buddy and still won. He was pi$$ed off when he noticed and still lost. HAHAHAHA

Just noticed this weight bug, never had the problem before... I'm glad its just 1 thing thats changing. If it reset the weight AND power it would cause so many more problems...
