I think there should be like a section only for engine swap tune cars … a way we can search for them fast aside from scrolling up or down or searching different pages. Keep up the goOd work!!

@praiano63 your tunes are the best so far. do you have a plan to share engine swapped cars' tunes in the near future?

Hey guys, I found a GT Black Series setup / tune here from [USER = 127120] @ praiano63 [/ USER]. Unfortunately, the vehicle wants to kill me in every corner 🙈, bumps are quite unstable and the rear comes very quickly when accelerating out. Could someone please optimize the setup / tune? 🙏

Are you using a manual or an automatic transmission?

Ferrari F40 '92 - 700PP - Racing Hard Tires - Grip setting Suzuka / All track

Hi Praiano, if I were to do a 800pp variant should I keep suspension/LSD settings the same? or rather did you sacrifice any settings to make 700pp limit or is it optimal? I'm guessing ride height, anything else?

Also regarding Anti-Lag (for non endurance races) - how accurate is the performance stats on the side? With anti-lag, the 0-100 and other acceleration/speed stats all improve, however without it there is a better power-weight ratio. How should one decide?

If you have problems at slow speed losing the rear end , increase the INITIAL TORQUE , then you'll see the ROTATIONAL G 60 kmh drop to a lower value. It will help to contain the car at this moment only

NO WIDE BODY , this car is very wide already.
Thanks man.
It works a little but in general R8 doesn’ have a good feeling.
It doesn’t matter, there are a lot of other cars to test.
Thanks again.

Ferrari 458 Italia GR3 '13 - Maxed PP - Racing Hard tires - Watkins Glenn 800 Event

This is my first setting on this track. I'm just learning the track , but the car is good , fast and safe. Don't overdrive it to preserve rear tires . After 5 laps they can wear already and unbalance the car turning the rear end sensible to oversteer.

1- set auto speed at the minimum 280kmh
2-set the final gear to 3.570
3- set each gear ratio beginning from the last gear to first gear in this order.
Done.

Love this tune for one of my all time favourite cars! Very good for Watkins but also lovely for Sardegna if you want to race without feeling like you're cheating. It definitely takes more effort to race than say a McLaren F1 GTR but that also makes it fun. Thank you Praiano!

Why don't you want to do the 89 mx5? I tried it already with your 450pp settings plus max downforce. I tested it at le mans, it was super wet so I couldn't get a good lap time. I was planning on trying it again today. (I can only do 2 or 3 races a day or my hands get sore, otherwise id have tested it more)

Edit: I also moved the top speed from 150 to 310 for le mans

Yeah, I tried it too at Le Mans, and it worked well using the earlier tune. A little bit of weirdness kicked in occasionally while braking and turning, but pretty good all in all. I love passing all these race cars bristling with wings and aeros while doing around 190 mph.! If the A.I. could talk, I wonder what would they would say?

Anyway, I hope Mr. P will relent and do a tune for this little powerhouse car as well. The Eunos with the LT1 reminds me of the Sunbeam Alpine Tiger, which became popular in Vancouver in the sixties. That car was re-engined with a 289 Ford if I remember correctly. The cars were bit rare, but everybody wanted one. The engine was installed with a shoe-horn. A very tight fit! And, guess what, it was first done by Carrol Shelby under contract! The English figured he might know what he was doing. After all, he had already done that with the AC Cobra, another English sports car.
As you age, you ramble on like this?!?

Please Mr. Praiano! It's a fun little car.

I didn't test it at 800PP , not sure is the car can go there..... but for sure 700PP is the best option. Like RX7 , 800PP is only a curiosity.
Sorry i don't use the anti-lag and i don't know about , only one time and i didn't feel any thing with it. Perhaps i have to check more deep.

13B-REW-RX-7 (Mazda RX-7 FD) ?? i'll test it . What power the engine can reach ?
Any tune for the Nissan R92C in the works?
Yes . On the way . I'm on it but i can't reach the performance of Porsche 962 and Jaguar.... at 900PP SPA

I'm afraid the excess of power turn the car a bit weird without enough downforce .... To tell the true i didn't check yet .... not so curious after my experience with the LS7 BRZ (Subaru BRZ Drift) on Nissan Silvia Q's (S13) '88. This thing is crazy. Impossible to use the power so why ??
The only thing i could do with it was a 450km max speed all along the route X , even in the long turns. This is the most difficult to do , the can want to fly even in a straight.

Nissan Silvia Q's (S13) '88 - MAXED - Racing Tires - Route X - SWAP LS7 BRZ - 1.34

This car can't do anything else , perhaps drift but i'm not a specialist.
For speed yes , it go 460kmh 285 mph , all this staying stable , this is the most difficult . I'm not of a top speed specialist too , but i think it's a good base.

Optional for who want to drive this car on other track like Le Mans , set the ride height at max 185/185 and use Racing soft. You'll not do more than 1 lap anyway because of gas. on the 700PP event.

Hey Prainano! By any chance do you have a build for a Lancia Delta Integrale engine swapped with the VR38DETT-GT-R-Nismo (Nissan GT-R NISMO '17)? Really wanna get this one going. Love the car but having a very difficult time tuning it.... 🙃

Update
I just saw your earlier post of tunes that are soon to come with the Lancia included! 😉 excited to see this soon!

The 89 eunos" mx5 with the ¹3b rx7 swap is just over 500 hp maxed out, if you were lucky enough to win an ultra high turbo.

1 of the milder swaps IMO, like the 2.0 swaps, k series 2.0, and sr 2.0. All around high 4 low 5 hundred hp, just a bit more than what the cars came with. Much more managble than the 4digit hp monsters that need a chute" to slow down!

Hi Praiano I tried your Sauber C9 settings for the Nissan R92C and they work great. Might be a starting point if you're struggling with the car. I've managed to complete Sardegna in just over 25 minutes. Thank you once again keep up the good work 👏 👍

R92CP is pretty easy to run around 25:00 at Sardegna with the stock setup, at least for my driving style. Really the only Group C era car that NEEDED a tune was the 787B imo. Not saying they can't get slightly better with tunes, but they're already quite quick "stock-ish" just by eye-balling LSD, ride height, and getting a good balance between power/weight/dowforce for 800pp runs.

Not saying I don't appreciate refined tunes for them, I just find them to be marginal differences when talking about most of the Gr. 1 and Gr. 2 cars as PD seems to be pretty good at getting them setup (aside from the 787b, which gave me fits). But then I'm one of the rare birds that loves the Mclaren F1 road car with a mild personal tune and only find the F50 to be a better super car from that era, so maybe it's just me, lol

I'm not a terribly skilled driver, but I did just the slightest changes to the Silvia and your RX7 787B 800pp tune and found it to make the car really pretty easy to handle, even with the ultra high rpm turbo. On RS it's just under 700pp. I can clock 3:35.xxx at Le Mans and like I said, I'm really not a fast racer.

My car also can do this if only you raise the ride height at maximum both end. It's "drivable" for sure , but horrible talking about the weird braking distance , no fun at all in my opinion.
With top speed and a minimum stability to be able to take the turns , purpose of my setting , you need to low the car , if no speed , and rear downforce to stabilize the car on the banked turns.
