Yes.

Not for the moment, i 've just used the custom gearbox the way it is.

Why this ? It's ok at 900PP , for 800PP just need to use the same trick as Mercedes Sauber and Porsche 962 , it work perfectly at Sardagna

No plans. When they will have some interesting event for it , i will do something . Just as the GR1 . No purpose , no motivation.

What is referred to here as "trick"?
Or is it just meant the same tune as for Sauber or Porsche 962?

Praiano, fantastic setup. Perhaps the only drawback, it lacks a bit of speed / acceleration on the long Tokyo straight.
However with this setup always win and 825000 easy credits

A lot of cars can win this event with a very large margin. This most important in my opinion is to turn this event fun to drive and able to repeat the race without feeling bored. Fun is during the turny section , this is why i privilege grip over pure speed.

Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (C3) '69 - 600PP - Sport Soft Tires - Nordschleife

Normal car NO Wide car

This car at 600PP support Sport soft with a decent top speed . With lower grade tires , the grip is not enough.
Real wing is needed , the convertible have a smaller wing and very nice side pipes . This one don't.
It's 7:17 on Nordschleife , top 3 of my 600PP cars. Stable , nice driving line. Very good car overall.

Praiano,

I think 1.18 update broke the gear ratio setup. I can’t lower the first gear to 1.590. Can you check please?

If you want to reach those numbers , try to match the speed of each gear.
It seems we will have to come back to the good old Transmission flip: For this gearbox , you can do like this.

Set final gear to the max 5.500 full right
Set top speed auto to minimum 150 kmh full left
Set the final gear a way to reach the top speed at last gear (326kmh)
Set any gear to the speed needed (kmh 122/162/208/259/326)

It's so fun when PD want to fix something new , they mess with others 10 thing that don't need to be fixed. Like green calipers , names on search for adesives..... They are so pathetics :banghead::banghead::confused::lol:

This tune is so fun, maxing out near 10,000 rpm in 2nd is just boss mode…and it just sticks to the road

"I don't have . If i remember well , the Porsche 962 C '88 - 800PP - Racing Hard Tires - WTC800 Sardegna can be used on the 787B"

@praiano63

For the Porsche setting the top speed was set to 200.
For the 787, it can lowest be 250.
Do one then set the gear ratios to other values, to replicate the speed on each gear?

The body height adjustment could not be set as high on the 787, as it is in the 962 setting.
Done one just set as high as possible, and a little lower on the front than the back?

Suspensions and downforce are easy to mimic. Only max or mini value . Or if needed the position on the setting bar. For gearbox match the speed or do another one , perhaps the best rpm for retake out slow turns is different on 787B. I don't know. Of course you'll have to taylor some littles things.

Thank you for your patience and your reply. It is much appreciated!!

I did the exact same setting to the 787B and it turned out to be a beast, even the gearbox, so go for it. The body height to the max

You can't reduce weight on this car , this is the main problem , because of this the consumption don't allow 3 laps on Le Mans.
Out of this , this a excelent car with a superior handling.
