Used what u said for the gearbox and brakes for this car and applied them to the '02 spec-R and knocked 2 secs off time in daily race C but with the obvious problem of having to break alot earlier. It translated well in qualifying but not so much in the race.
Just used ur settings for the K's aero '96 for daily C, knocked another 2 secs off giving me 2:19.806 probably not fast as I'm a floater between DR c and DR d.
Ur settings ate bloody animal🤜🏻🤛🏻

Hi, I found why : You forget the Rear air extractor A in the GT Auto
that's the downforce difference
;)
Doh! Thanks man, I thought I had added that and didn't. And thanks to @praiano63 and @Mistah_MCA for your replies also. Now to hit the track with my freshly wrapped Dunlop drift car. :D

Glad to see you doing the dailies, does that mean you've now treated yourself to a wheel?

What an incredibly generous gesture/gift.

Fair play mate! 👍
Thank you-

As rough as the launch has been for this game,
it helped me recover from surgery, and gave me something to do with downtime. He has gave this game new life in the tuning aspect.

Cars that seem almost undriveable, Maestro has spent hours on end testing and adjusting settings to get them stable.

He responds to everyone's messages,( if he is able to, update requests, overwhelm poor guy!)

And, not to mention logging and keeping a list by pp, and alphabetically organized.

You are appreciated by many, over 4 million views- your doing something right!

Thanks again! Your son should be proud to have a father figure like yourself. Coolest gamer dad ever!

Great and true words calmly spoken.
I agree with you completely, like so many here...

Lol I wish, just means I'm stuck on automatic, tried gears with L1 R1 (as up down) but with limited mobility in right-hand it reduced playing fun, but I'm gonna keep pluggin away till I can do it, haven't sussed how to drop gears into the corner yet but with keeping the momentum( slow in fast out lol). Hope u had a phat xmas new year 🤜🏻🤛🏻

I didn't check this car yet. I'm on Sileighty actually , a very good car with good potential. I just don't know how the Pos 1 can be so fast . Same max HP mini

I'm trying to learn to use control a different way . L2 brake R2 Accel X upshift Sqaure downshift L3 for driving.
It's hard to get used to it but this is the only way to check some littles things when i'm in my hamoc.
After a month , just 15 minutes for day , i'm already 3 seconds from my G29 time. But it's 100% impossible for me to set a car this way.

Try my way.
L2 accelerate
R2 brake
L1 down
R1 up.
I found L1 the best for dropping gears because you obviously lift of accelerator going into a corner, making it possible to use the same finger to drop gears but keeping right hand free for breaking and then going up gears out of the corner.

This is my setup as well. Just switch L2 & R2. Works perfect.

I've tested this way but i have problem when using index and midle at the time. Accel and brake need to be very progressive and precise. So using thumb for shift make the others 2 middles working better ... for me.
I think it's only a question of practice. The important is a progressive brakes and accel anyway. ;)

i would recommend Motion Sensor function to steer. It can be very precise.
You're right , but you need to sit in a chair to use motion sensor , when i lay in my hamoc it's hard to move the control.
I have to say i almost live in my hamoc when i'm in my room , i don't use bed or sofa since almost 20 years. My spot.
When i really want to drive or tune a car , i sit at my wheel for sure , it stay just beside my hamoc , 20 centimeters long .:lol:

I see. You focus on just few, really important things in life.
The sea and the beach, a dog as a friend, the art of perfect pizza, a hamoc and a wheel.

You learned a lot the the last 60 years. If more people would focus on less, simple but important things, the world would not have any problems.

Good any track , drivable and fast. No late braking , the '70 old car have a poor downforce so respect braking marks.
On the Nordschleife need to be much more smooth of course.
I've put a racing gearbox because the stock one can't handle the top speed car .

Enjoy your drive.
Agreed! Btw, I turned 60 earlier this month and I agree about officially being an old man now although they say it not the years but the miles - hopefully GT miles don’t count 😂
I turned 70 today..Does that make me an old old man? I don’t have a hammock but I lay down when I play because of bad back.. When my father passed away I got his hospital bed..Set it at 45 degree angle it’s great to play games on🕺😊

I was a silent reader in this thread since the release of GT7, and it was always a pleasure, to tune the cars with your settings. I personally think, without your incredible work i had deleted GT7 months ago, but every new posted setting gives me a new motivation, to try it out and change some things to suit my driving preferencies.
Some of the cars in stock settings are not really funny to drive.

Thank you very much for all the work praiano63 - a little donation is on the way too.

I heard GT miles actually come off the odometer...

You're so right . My live is very simple but so good. I don't have money but i have my own house and i don't have to pay to go walking on the beach , swimming ....My only expensive hobby is GT and i can play with the help of my GTplanet friends donators.
About pizza , i do also calzone , focaccia... Here is one of my production last night.

I was using beds before , the problem is that beds are too hot for tropics. I don't have air conditioning anymore since a long time. Hamocs are more fresh . When you get used to hamoc , you can't sleep anywhere else.

@praiano63 I just picked up the Amuse S2000. This was one of my favorite cars in GT5.

I went to apply your tune and I notice some things unlike your other tunes.

First is the 10 / 1 ARB. I usually have ARB stiffer in the the rear. I also notice many of the other settings with a large front bias. Is this all to combat oversteer?

What is different with this car?
