Just got the Limited Collector's Edition earlier. Currently at All Falls Down, which is just after the demo ends. I love the fact that some portals lead you to a dead end, you spend minutes looking around to see if you missed something, then decide to go back through the portal and notice that it leads somewhere else this time. 💡

We got our copy yesterday, and I must say the game is pretty good! I didn't think much of it at first, but it is getting better. The graphics aren't the best on the 360 in my opinion, but they're still very good, certainly on the darker levels. To be honest though, I don't see myself re-playing the game again on a harder difficulty mode after I've finished it - the excitement of finding out what happens won't be there anymore, even though the enemies will be more challenging to kill. I guess I'll have to play it online sometime.

Overall, I recommend it, but there isn't a lot of replayability.

I just traded in my PC version of PREY for the 360 version today.. I will give my gameplay comparison between the two after tonight.

Finished the game last night, and I must said it was the best at the end. To be honest, it's one of a few games that made me feel as if I was really in the game, and made me a little upset at the end. It was almost like a movie in my opinion.

Great cliffhanger though if there's ever going to be a Prey 2. 👍

Now that I have played both the PC version and the 360 version I can easily compare the two.
I can easily say the PC version of PREY is quite a bit better. The graphics are noticably better and the gameplay on the PC is flawless. THe 360 does not have the same graphics but the game play is just as fun. ANd for me the controller is easier to handle because I am better on consoles. The game play does have several slow downs and but its not terrible at all.
Overall I am extremely happy with PREY on the 360. Even though it is not as good as the PC version it is still very very good. I still hate the beginning of the game but once your past that it is sooooo good. I still give it at least a 9.0 rating and I am not even done with it yet. I will play the multiplayer some time online too probably this week.
I started yesterday on the 360 and after a few hours I am on the 11th level called "The Old Tribes". Love this game! 👍 👍

Camaro if the 360 produced less heat, while being cooled better, then Prey would run way better.

I bought it for PC yesterday, and I love it. When that plane crashes into the ship it's so cool

It looks so great on the PC, can't think why it would look worse on 360.

I do see the advantage of playing on a mouse and keyboard though, but because I'm so used to playing FPSs on consoles now I get used to it very easily.

Camaro, did you completely finish the PC version?

I only had a chance to get to level 7 on the PC before I bought it for the 360. They were nice enough at EB to give me a full refund on the pc version so I could get the 360 version.
Also I think you can use a mouse for the 360 right? I like the controller better for games so I would not even consider a mouse and keyboard for the 360.

I finally played the multiplayer online last night. I had a heck of a time finding a room. There were usually only 1 or 2. It also seemed to lag pretty bad at times. Overall it has great potential for multiplayer. I even won my first match. Cant wait to get into a room with Driftgod or other people that have this game.

If you can get past the first level you will love the game. The first level is terribly slow and cheesy. Then it becomes completely different in level 2then 3 then 4. Just gets better and better each level.

I think he's on about the Radio transmission screens dotted around the game. I think that's the first one. The host of a Radio Station gets lots of weird calls about lights and people acting strangely. I listened to them all and is quite funny.
