Problem with Trueno, need help!

I have the Trueno and have a problem with my upgrades.

Power-259 HP

_Upgrades_
Sports Suspension
Semi-Racing Muffler
Sports Chip
Stage 2 Turbo
Semi Racing Transmission
Single Clutch
Carbon Shaft
Sports Tyres
Lightweight Stage 2

_Problem_
The last upgrade I installed was the stage 2 turbo. Before, the car could top at about 131 MPH on the speed test. But after adding the stage 2 kit, the car accellerates to 115 MPH, starts to bounce, and the speed drops to 112, climbs up to 115, then drops again. This repeats indefenately. I first saw it on the test track, but I have observed the same behavior on any track with a long enough straightaway to climb t that speed. If anyone knows my Hachi-Roku is doing this, please help me out.

Ok, easy fix. First u must buy remove the Semi Racing Clutch..then u should reach your 131 again. Or to reach higher speeds buy the full racing tranny (10,000)

But the only transmission worth buying is the full racing....

By semi racing clutch, do you mean the semi-racing trans or the single clutch? i replaced the trans with the full racing and now it hits 120 and does the same thing as before...

oh, never mind the last post, i went to the settings and widened the ratios...
