Even just a simple filter would be really useful, i just don't understand why they did it like this. It really only works with race cars imo.

And with race cars you would simply put them in the real world classes they race in, no need for a Nurburgring TT. I'm sorry, but for all the time and effort they put it into everything in the game I'm amazed this is how they went about organizing the cars.

I agree too, i don't like how they organised classes, especially trackday cars. I would put the Vulcan, P1 GTR and Zonda in a class separated from the Caterham SP300r and the Radical and i would put the Mitsubishi and Nissan trackday together in another class. They should do something like trackday prototypes, GTs and so on imo.
Anyway i hope a custom grid option will come in a future update so these issues will be gone :)

A filter option would be a great way to allow for more choice while keeping under the memory limitation that disallows custom grids. 👍

A little off topic, I wish Lamborghini would join in on the fight with its competitors making either a hyper car or a half petrol half hybrid type of track car. Something with like a 950-1000hp v12 or v10 hybrid that can go toe to toe with the p1, laferrari and 918. But sadly those cars already have a few years under them. Maybe lambo can rewrite or raise the bar

Probably doubtful. I'd say that if they could create a definitive hypercar to keep up with the likes of Porsche, Ferrari and McLaren, they probably would've done it by now. Look back to the 80s. Best they could do was the Countach QV and the 959 and F40 had it beat comfortably.
The 90s saw the F1, F50 and GT1 Strassenversion, all superior to the Diablo SV. The 2000s had the Reventon as Lambo's best vs Enzo and Carrera GT. Not even close imo. Perhaps their expertise is more limited?

What about that Egoista thing?
It's still basically a concept from a few years ago. I think they would definitely need to up the horsepower maybe using the 6.5L v12 with a hybrid motor attached or a whole new engine and maybe add some aero but it would be a start.

I think the closest Lambo has come to a "hypercar" in recent years is the Sesto Elemento. And even that is a bit of a stretch to classify it as such.

I thought the same of the veneno. It has the looks and downforce could use more power and a few more made would be nice. But it would probably get beat by the hypercars I mentioned. Even koenigsegg has the One:1 and pagani has the huayra bc although that car to me is borderline hypercar/ tracks car.

And the DPis, Porsche GTE and Lexus GT3.
Oh, geez Louise! Forgot about those DPis. The Vette and Cadillac.

I remember when those first came out. The Brumos Porsche and the Scott Pruett Toyota(?) The Target sponsored car.

Those DPs don't compete anymore. It's Cadillac, Mazda(Joest), Acura(Next Year Penske), and Nissan. The new DPi cars are modified 2017 LMP2 cars, not the older DP.

Weathertech series is sanctioned by IMSA. PWC is sanctioned by SCCA. Essentially, they are competitors to each other since both have GT3 based classes.

PWC is more comparable to the Blancpain Sprint series, while IWSC is more comparable to WEC.

PWC was established by SCCA and sanctioned by them through the end of last year. However, as of 2017, it's sanctioned by USAC, as is GRC.

What happened with SCCA?

There seems to be some behind the scenes issues or something as the national MX-5 series and a series of lower tier open wheeler's also left SCCA this year. They hired a new president a few months ago, so hopefully he can fix whatever issues are happening.
