Sort of OT, but it's actually worse for modern cars to sit and idle to warm up, it's much better to start it and go.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate every little tidbit we get right now, but I have to say I am getting a bit eager for something "new". The last several (not counting the 2 Nissan's) have just been different spins of the same info from day 1 of the media campaign.

I know, I know.... they've gotta save stuff for closer to release date, but dammit!! I'm impatient/excited/amped/whatever term you want to use!!!

I've seen that video/article/argument many times recently. I still don't buy it. Sure, the ENGINE gets warm real quick, but the article/argument totally ignores all the other components (like the transmission for example) that benefit from that little bit of radiant heat from the engine before putting a strain on them in extreme climates. I've lived in many parts of Canada over the years, and I certainly wouldn't ask any vehicle to function with only 2 or 3 minutes of warming in -40*C weather.

As for ice and snow driving? I'm with @killerjimbag on this one..... after 6 months of it already I don't even want to THINK about in a game that's supposed to be my escape. But it will be interesting to watch our members from Southern California handle it.

You know, I drove the Oreca Nissan LMP2 in a Multi-Class @Brno. 100% AI. Did pretty good. Might be okay to leave that P1 car out. To save face and all.

The screenshot that we got isn't confirmed as PCARS 2. If it is, it shows the 488 GT3 not GTE. If I'm not mistaken, that's a Blancpain number plate, not WEC or IMSA.

Unofficialy there are both. Check Car List thread there is second screenshot with 488GTE

The Ginetta G57-P2 is an LMP3 car. The G57 was initially designed for LMP2 but it was not selected as 1 of the 4 chassis for the new era. Ginetta then modified it to comply with LMP3 technical rules but stupidly, and there is no other word for it, decided not to change the cars name to G57-P3 or G57.
