This is funny. Becouse my main concerns about no pitstops was that we are getting game with more content etc but with less features. And i really wanted to test new cars/tracks but with pit-stops tyre wear etc...

Now it looks like PCars 2 is even more complete in terms of content... So i have less problem with PCars 3 being less complete package.

Are there really no non-racing versions of the 240ZG, '73 911, 924 Carrera, BMW M1, E30 M3, or R32 Skyline GT-R? I did not expect them to convert every racecar, but I expected at least a few more than the R34 GT-R and...what else?

It also looks like they loaded up almost entirely on 2018-2020 cars for new cars. There are too many significant and popular cars still left on the table for that kind of move, IMHO.

I guess I'll have cars like the GT86, 2002 Turbo, and R34 to build, and settle for painting the cars I listed above. I was prepared for Subaru not to make the cut, but I'm shocked the E30 M3 is still stuck with racing slicks and steering!

Happy to see new TCR cars including my wish for the new Megane RS getting a TCR version.

Shame about LeMans and Spa. Half expected it with Spa, they've been pretty chappy with licensing fees recently iirc. I expect we'll see it in DLC down the line.

My first thought was potential DLC when I didn't see Le Mans and Spa. SMS hasn't talked about their content after release, I'd give them the benefit of doubt for now.

Certainly for Le Mans perhaps. Would be a good pack with up to date LMP cars etc. Especially a free one, if it was paid, the cars would need to be exceptional.

That would be pretty low to cut those tracks from PCars 2 and shove it as DLC.

Depends on the context. Same happened with GTS and Spa where the cost of the Spa license was significantly higher than other circuits. PD have a bigger pot of money to spread around and got the negotiations done eventually but SMS have less money and less clout. If it is a licensing and cost issue then I wouldn't mind too much it coming post launch so long as it came as part of a very comprehensive pack.

Could be wrong either way but it seems to me like it could be a similar thing.

Neither the track, nor the car lists are confirmed to be final, so there's at least hope but as the EG article said, it's possibly a licensing problem. As always, let's hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

We don't know that yet as that car/track list are not official we have to wait ti'll the official list are release to really see which tracks are missing.

Reminds me of the whole Spa fiasco with GT Sport. It took them forever to secure the rights for that track. Sony must have payed a fat chunk of change for that.

Also Nathan said you won't see the track in any (or was it many) upcoming race titles.

I wonder what race titles did he mean. GT7 seems to still have SPA (confirmed from GT mode menu). (yeah i know they have much bigger budget)

Some of the waiting came down to them nkt wanting to give in and pay it through fear other circuits would start upping their fees.

Stands to reason the license being acquired for GTS probably gives it a bye into GT7. Especislly if GT7 does turn out to be a launch title.
