Don't think its a Formula B, wrong nose style and barge boards, plus the Formula B wasn't in pCars 2. This looks like a different angle on the modified Formula Renault from the last post. The rear wing and the slots on the side matches, the front wing endplates and the lower engine covers etc.

Plus, the livery is pretty much the exact same as the Panasonic from PCARS2.

That's what I thought at first but it doesn't look narrow enough. More like the Sonoma Carousel.

Pretty sure it’s the turn 5 on Laguna Seca. pCars 2 has the same billboards there.

Yip turn 5, gradient in PC2 does seem too extreme for it while turn 9 has quite a drop
