They have the NZV8 license already don't they?
wait what

NZV8? How was I not informed of this? I think I remember Ian announcing that WMD had secured a licence to feature the V8 Supercar Falcon, but that was the extent of it...

It's coming to PS4, providing the funding works out.

That's good to know. Any news of P.Cars gracing the next gen Xbox?

Someone ask for more candeez? :P

Wow man... just WOW..

I thought I had seen some really nice shots in this thread... but the detail, resolution and sheer photo-realism in these ones, just blew me to little smithereens! I think I actually crapped my pants at one point!

They don't know that the next gen Xbox exists. Do they. ;)

They can't comment on that until Microsoft reveal the next Xbox but the chances are yes it will be on the next Xbox.

Hi friends! I have a question, will the final game have livery editor? I mean the PS3, PS4, Xbox versions, will have we the possibility to create our own liveries by ourselves?

Like in Forza we can do..

Cheers :)

At the moment, you can only create new skins by editing templates using the likes of Photoshop or GIMP. There's no in-game livery editor in the game yet.

Wow when this game was first aannounced and I saw that red Audi R18 picture in the garage(which looked identical to real life) ,I thought no way can this game look like that, seeing your latest pictures guys,I am astonished brilliant looking game.

Stunning close shot of the rain! For some reason the base of the wing doesn't look attached? Please don't think I'm slamming the game, ugh.

It's the shading on the material of the rear wing. The model is in Alpha1, so there is still a long way to go on it yet.

I don't mind, all my skins in iRacing I have made in Photoshop, (legal copy) and it's fun making them from scratch.

The retail version is planned to have a full livery editor, though.

That will be great, I hope they will still allow people to make their own from a template. It's nice using custom textures and graphics.

^ RaceRoom looks incredibly smooth while in motion and the sun reflection on the asphalt looks very realstic. Myabe pCars looks not as smooth because it need more resources so the fps are lower in the video you posted.

It's crazy how on pictures pcars looks way better than RRRE but as soon as it's on a video, RRRE get ahead easely for me. It's just so sad that they arent giving any AI racing on multiplayer on RRRE, or can you play with friends now ?

I think you guys are getting bedazzled from all the fancy trackside stuff SimBin added to R3E. pCARS looks a lot more like the real thing and R3E is oversaturated to the max (just look at the skybox). People often forget how bland big GP tracks are in real life and I'm glad SMS aren't adding any nonesense to their tracks.

I don't like useless stuff either, expecially those colored brake markers panels they should remove them ASAP.

What is (very) good in R3E is the global sense of speed, it seems to have a perfectly locked 60fps frame rate, the asphalt reflection looks like GT5 which is the top regarding shaders. In motion R3E looks impressive to me. Could be hardware related though. Maybe with a better computer pCars can be that smooth.

R3E looks livelier... Can't wait for GTR3! :P

But both games are still in beta and PCars will also have clearly more content and variety.
