Well it would be nice if they gave us a Canadian track, Circuit D Gilles Villaneuve, Mosport,or even the Toronto Indy street course. Indy would be simple, no banks,no elevation changes, just google map it.

i saw some pCARS oval racing on youtube the other night. never seen that before, just a single car on track though. didn't realise members had these tracks available to them.

Indy has been modeled quite a while. It has been in many older pCARS videos.

Isn't Mosport already confirmed? Also would love if they included at any time Circuit Gilles Villeneuve (always been one of my favourite tracks in any F1 game I've played (from Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix series to CM's F1 series)

Yeah, we're supposed to have 2015 cars, but the cars are the ones with new engine manufacturer-supported aero kits - and we still haven't got the 'big oval' (e.g. Indy 500) aero kits yet...

I saw a picture of the track on the map indicator, but no confirmation of Mosport aka Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. Maybe a license problem with the name. Mosport is used by SCCA series and NASCAR Truck Series. Yeah Villeneuve is a great track. I want to start a Can-Am/ Trans-Am series with North American tracks.

Again, we never heard anything regarding Mosport in pcars, so it is as far from being confirmed as it possibly can be. That icon was most likely just a placeholder or a careless mistake. Sadly, because I really like the track and I know lots of others at WMD do too. I also would love to have Toronto or a similar US style street circuit. But again, nothing confirmed or even roumored.

Vancouver!

When will the final track list be officially confirmed? Nurburgring, Nordschlieffe, Zhuhai and Catalunya are still not on the official site.

Is the car list finalised yet?

Both lists haven't been finalized, a new car and licence was announced last week for example WMD guys don't know licence agreements, the infamous German tracks have been licensed

The F1 GP at the Nurburgring which was scheduled for July was cancelled. Also the Grune Halle Rock 3 day rock festival (to which I have planned to travel to from the Uk) has been moved from the Nurburgring to Shalke 04's football stadium. According to the festival promoters it is due to contractual difficulties with the current owners of the Ring and a further lack of confidence of the promoters in the ability of the Ring owners especially since the F1 cancellation.

I wonder if there is any hold up in the granting of a Nurb license for Project Cars due in part to any difficulties the track owners appear to be having that might be related.

The license is already there. I don't think what is going on does effect the video games licenses. There are bigger issues at the moment at Nürburg...

Nurburgring changed promoters last year, if I'm not mistaken, and they're the ones who said they wouldn't be able to host the F1 GP this year. This and the fact Hockenheim's promoters also not being able to hold this year's race as they have it planned as a biannual event on even years equals no F1 German Grand Prix for 2015...

I'm just hoping for more tracks though later down the road. We've got new cars coming, so why not tracks? What about Indianapolis? Maybe should we try Fuji, Tsukuba, Abu Dhabi, Interlagos, and more?

Who said there are no tracks coming?

There are ovals, historic tracks and new modern tracks coming. That's at least 15+ tracks (some of them with multiple layouts) coming post release.
