450 from GT4 +150 brand spankin' new cars=600

OR 500 from GT4 + 100 brand new cars=600.

If we are talking 600+, 450 cars from GT4 + 200 brand new and unseen in any GT game=650.

Any opinions? Share them here!:sly:

I would love to see the vehicles from past GT's - Like my Neon ACR, for example.

I'm hoping we get 600 cars right off the bat, and with the power of the online network, the sky is the limit in the future. I can imagine hundreds more cars and tracks available for download from the Playstation store.

Will GT5 have the cash for clunkers program built in? Can I trade in my beat up lincoln town car for a $4500 credit towards the purchase of a Ford Mustang?

We won't know til the game is out.

I just hope its like GT2 where you have used cars, and have to start small. They may never have to make another GT if they perfect this enough, they can just keep updating cars with PSN patch releases.

Any cars from older GT games that were taken off from the new ones and the tracks.

Since GT PSP has 800 cars, I got hopes GT5 will have more. 1000 maybe? With the addition of WRC's, Nascar's, F1's, Super GT's (new models), and a lot of production cars, I still have my hopes up.

That would make GT5 "The game of a lifetime!"

Well there are few tracks that have been taken off from the pass GT and few cars, like the LM Lamborghini, and my favorite track the Complex String next to Nurburgring of course, it will be awesome for drifting if that track comes back

Isn't there 800 cars in GT Psp? If so, wouldn't that mean that 800 cars would also be in GT5?

of course! if they can squeeze 800 cars into GT Psp, then GT5 might hav the potential to hold twice that many cars, alltho we will probably see closer to 1000....

I need to see the Eunos Cosmo 20B, the Mitsubishi Galant and the Subaru Alcyone again. Love those cars. Ooh, and the original Viper RT/10 needs to come back, perhaps even the one released in 1992. Ooh, and the Nissan Pulsar GTi-R. What a car! The Aston Martin DB7 Volante, The Dodge Concept Car. The Cerbera LM Edition. The Del Sol LM Edition. Really fun cars. I was also a bit sad that Vector and Venturi didn't make it into GT3 or GT4. That Plymouth PT Spyder was interesting, too.

kind of a wishtlist?:sly:

About cars, if around Only 200 are new, it means no porsche, no lamborghini, see this, around 70 in new japanese cars since 2005, then around 25 ferraris, then lets say 75 new american cars (including Nascar) and 30 new european Cars, counting Peugeot, WRC cars, and...Theres just no Space for Lamborghini and Porsche:nervous:

Who says there isnt any space? There is no confirmed number of cars.

Should be safe to say around 50% of the overall cars will be different specs of the Skyline R34...

BDs can go up to 200GB, which i doubt is needed. lol

Although it's definitely not hard to achieve 200GB, I don't think they have commercially released a BD that can hold that much, as TDK are still working on an experimental BD media for that one. But I see your point :)

I'm hoping all the cars from GT4 are included plus another 150 or so brand new ones. or they might suprise us and include all 700 from GT4 plus 300 brand new ones.

Just Imagine. Either way im hoping they include more Holdens and more Australian Fords as these are cars from my country and I'd love to take them round Nurburgring.

Start saving up those GBs. GT5 might have... who knows how much space it will take up?
