No, they are posted in Pacific Standard Time. I thought I put this in the OP, but I'll check again. PST is, I believe, GMT -8.
Also, there is no event yet. Expect it in about and hour and a half, maybe two. Depends on the turn out.

Well, I'm going to have to drop out. I was already considering dropping out since I've been unable to attend any events, but I just accidentally deleted my character so that's pretty much finalized my decision.

1st) Not adding anyone of the RP events.
2nd) For playing Story Mode and not checking the forum sometimes.

I will be re-typing the OP. Why? I copied and pasted a lot of the rules and guidelines from my old GTA IV RP. Not knowing how the online would work in GTA V, I re-used a lot of the information from the GTA IV RP post. A lot of it is misleading or just wrong.
So, sooner or later, everything will be changed and hopefully reorganized.
Also, inviting people to the lobby now.

Bio (description of your characters past, present, and future goals): Mark grew up in the heart up Los Santos. His father was a Sergent of Los Santos Police Department. On 1999 his father was working and was following a Suspicious Vehicle.. The vehicle lead him to the oil refineries. The guys got out and shot him couple time in the Chest. Mark was Devested by this. At age 18 he joined the Military, and was devoted on keeping his Country Safe at all cost. The year 2005 came he left the Military, and he went to do his degree in Law Enforcement. In 2009 Mark joined the Los Santos Police Department. 2011 Mark Drug Busted 4 people. Who were carrying in there vehicle 300Ibs of Cocaine. June 5th 2012 he was promoted to a Sergent of Los Santos Police Department. Mark now works 6 Days a week and Patrols the streets of Los Santos in his Buffalo Police Vehicle or a Undercover FIB Granger. He also like to go to go to Cluckin Bell every Monday to get Chicken Nuggets.
Personality: He is a very open minded man, Likes to Pursue his dreams. And make Los Santos Safe. Very nice man.

Bio (description of your characters past, present, and future goals): Mark has been raised in Los Santo for his whole life His Parents have been killed when a gang came and invaded his house and shot his parents. At age 10 Mark became very interested in Autmobiles, as Police Department. He studied very hard at school. At at age 18 he earned a Business Bach and Mechanical Engineering Degree. At age 20 He went off to Boot Camp at
Fort Zancudo. At age 24 he joined to LSPD Police Force/Sheriff to Volunteer. At age 26 he sent Vapid Motor Company a Application to be a manager since the previous manager has died of a disease. Vapid took his Application and made him Manager.
Mark is now at age 29 and working 5 Days a week at Vapid Motor Company, and work the rest of the days at the Police Department.
Personality (Angry, depressed, obsessive, etc): He is a very open minded man, Likes to Pursue his dreams. And make Los Santos Safe. He doesn't like to be proved wrong however.
• Even though I'm a bit confused as to why gang members just killed Mark's parents, I'll let that slide.
• It takes 4 to 5 years to earn your Mechanical Engineering Degree. Your character earned it before/by the time he was 18? It isn't possible.
• So, let's just say you move the time Mark earned his MED to when he was 18, for realism sake. How would he go to boot camp and become a (volunteer?) police officer? Not to realistic if you ask me.
• Who sends an application to become a manager of a huge manufacturer (Vapid)? It would take years of experience.
