PSN log in issue

For a couple of months now, I haven't been able to log into PlayStation Network. Email address that I used for sign in is no longer available.

Went to the PSN site, and it says to contact Customer Support, but then doesn't provide a way to contact customer support.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
