Wow you guys had the shuffle going.

My race was pretty awesome I must say. The start was a bit dismal. The leaders took off then cars were stopping. I so about destroyed Pag and I's cars. Evasive maneuvering saved that heart ache. Lap one is wild like the start. Cars tight. I really wanted to spread away from that accident waiting to happen. Car gets a lil loose just about got it saved and touched Michouw. Hoping you didn't get any damage there. I got it on the right rear. Such a soft hit wouldn't of expected damage. Anyway. Several end up pitting early. I stayed out on the damage. It was loose but manageable. As I had Pag's draft to help any speed loss. ;) chased him for a bit. Had a bobble with traffic. Spun on the left before pit. Thankfully I planned to pit. Cost me some time though. Pit and went to work cutting lap times. With some others misfortune and not making any bad mistakes I was able to make it from 6th after first stop to finish 4th. Adventuress made a stop and go. Was looking at 3rd. However he was just to fast. :)

Finishing fourth with this group is a win for me. Great race clean and fast.

I had a wonderfully bad time again. It's starting to be "my way of racing". And I hate it.

I don't like racing anymore, and I just can't give up on it, because It'd feel even worse. Cool, huh? *Sigh*. Still, good job everyone.

Motegi next week i'll certainly be there for that one :D.

Hoping I can do well as I'm really loving the track in any car and have been in lots of good random lobbies with tuning probihted and reco cars racing it ;).

Good race and congrats

I bet Twist was thinking, ah must not let my dad beat me with Pag being that close :P.

I lead for about 3/4 of a lap then crashed myself in an unlikely place and had to pit. And also spun on the next lap. Doh. Got about 1 minute behind and stayed there for the rest of the race. Had some good time hunting down Iforce on last stint and ended 6th.

At the start I noticed that someone started speeding at the first banner, but the start/finish line is not until the second and I started it there, as late as possible to avoid getting drafted. I tried to keep constant speed until then, sorry if I somehow missed it.

I see that my teammate Jashugan did much better than me, well done!

I was hoping to set a race time quicker than Division 1's and it was all going so well until a slight concentration lapse on lap 18, where I missed a downshift into the first tricky chicane and coasted wide into the barrier. Had a comfortable lead so pitted for a third time to repair and went on my way. After my first pit stop, I nailed my first flyer (lap 10) and managed a 2'31.5, some 6/10th's quicker than my PB leading into this. Would have liked to have been in Div 1 to mix it up, but that's my medicine for a slip up in qualifying :)

Congrats to all for toughing this track out, it certainly is a tricky one to avoid damage at ;)

Disappointing result today for me. I managed to get away in the lead until welsh-Bain breezed by me in the loop. It soon became clear that he was in the wrong division as he opened up a 20 second lead, I had a similar gap back to third. After the first pitstop at the end of lap 8 , the gap remained the same. It seems as though all I had to do was stay trouble free for second place. Doh, at the end of lap 12, I lost concentration and hit a barrier getting damage to the rear. I stayed out and did another lap, then pitted at the end of lap 13,still with about a 15 second gap back to 3rd.I thought I could get home from there.
The very next lap while trying to do overtake pag in the loop on old tyre's, we collided and I spun into the barrier with more damage. (i have watched it back and it seemed a racing incident). I didn't think I could do 8 laps with damage do I pitted again and came out behind pag. I pushed him really hard but I just couldn't get past. Eventually with 3 or 4 laps to go I managed to get through and open a small gap, just enough to see me home in 5th. It could of been better but also could of been worse. Congratulations to Husq on 2nd place in his first pure event and to jashugan01 on getting a podium.
I am away on Monday at the coast with the kids, I will be back on Friday, so I may not be racing next week. We'll done to everyone tonight on completing a tough race.

You crashed into your dad... Never a good move ...

Yeah that start was a mess for sure.Looking at the replay Team Lexus (row 2) jumped the start and went at the timing line instead of following the leaders actions.I took my cue to go from the car ahead of me since I cant see the front row and had to jam on the brakes when Josh suddenly slowed.I lost 2 places before the 1st turn.Better communication is needed about these tracks each week.

EDIT:After looking at the replay I was lucky not to have gotten big damage.Owens swerved and just missed me and Litchi damn near took both of us out (not his fault btw).ORC and Paginas both had damage when the even side slowed. This race should have been re-started...

I should get a bonus point for being the first guy to crash :guilty: A lazy little spin near the other pit lane gave me RR damage that sent me to the pits lap 2,and a new strategy.Lucky for me 3 others crashed so we had something to race for atleast.:banghead:

Congrats to Wiifreak 👍👍

Motegi should be interesting.Passing should possible in several places and the tires seem to last.I did notice that the tire temp bug might be an issue this round however. When we switched the track from Cape Ring the tires didnt seem to warm-up until lap 3.Another thing to look at is were to start the race from since the timing line is near pit exit and the first turn is so close to it.Maybe the other starting grid would be a better choice?

This race should have been re-started...

I confess i also thought that when i seen 4 guys pitted in 1st lap, i wanted to call for a restart.

But, after reflection, "only" 4 guys pitted and there are 3 drops this season. For those reasons, i finally decided to let the race go.

This is the race anyway, we all know that all can happen ;)
By the way, if you guys watch your replay, you'll see that my race was a disaster...

The start was the reason I felt the green flag should have been waved off.

I saw your lap 2 "off"-you had help finding that wall.

I don't know what happened at the start :S cicua and wiifreak jumped a little bit on my screen so I thought they went , obviously they hadn't because just as I started to accelerate they were right In front again I think it might of been my connection at the time because twist kept disconnecting from rooms , sorry if it ruined everyone's race.(me and twist same house)
