Don't be sorry, I'm EXACTLY the same just posting stuff I need to listen to sometimes just you were the best recipient :)

We race so much it doesn't matter. Honestly, annoying as... but it doesn't matter.

There are some streamer out there with A ratings that drive like amateurs and half their stream is "ooops, my bad" "I clucked up" "dude I'm sorry I killed you"

Basically they walk among us, just breathe, reset and move on - advice to Glen

One thing is to be aggressive and a very different one is to be dirty.
Please go ahead and watch the entire race replay. I did nothing to him
I shared it open to all, and my PSN nick is Sinnicko

He started the race way ahead of me and was killed in the haipin by other driver.
At first I thought "perhaps he thinks it was me" but then I remembered that before our incident we were doing some laps side by side and passing each other until he went mad so it cant be that... he had plenty of oportunities before and all of a sudden he tried to put me in the wall.

If you check the replay, you will also see that after that incident (wich I retaliate and regret) he pushed me off again with no other retaliations from my part (and I have several oportunities to do so)

My reaction was in the heat of the moment, once I cooldown I cant take it better.

P.S.: I think you fell short with that of a "bit" of reputation and I also must admit that my only ban in this game was after I insulted him like 2 years ago in a post race chat (he was punting off everybody and mocking people in the chat).

Thats the only history between us but I cant believe hes doing this for something wich happened 2 years ago...
I dont even think he remember that episode wich I still remember because of the ban
You might be surprised at how names of dirty drivers stick with us lol.

I'm not giving him a pass at all for the clip you shared. It looked like he turned into you on the straight on purpose and you revenge punted him right back. Both are inexcusable behaviors and I bet he'll remember you the next race you're in with him as well.

It's a pity the body modifications can't make a Ford Orion shape - I had 2 Ghias. They were actually pretty decent inside - the first one had a trip computer, which would give random figures for fuel consumption whenever it decided to work 🤣
Many years ago I used to do 24hr window boarding up, got called out to a Ford dealership one night, they had a Orion 1600e in there, I spent a good 20 mins drooling on it, had sit in it and the seats were the nuts, Recaros, felt like a proper bucket seat. Bet one of those fetch good money these days, im probably gonna google it now and see what they go for out of curiosity.

We really need a true daily race, that rotates each day that is a one make ranked road car race. Then it’ll come down to the skill of the driver for the particular combo rather than the BoP.
Don’t like a combo? There’s always the next day.
Daily Races in GTS were like that at launch. I also remember that I was really good in this time only because I could stay on track. Imagine the Monday morning type of races with cars crashing of flying off track, but EVERYDAY!

Variety would be there but racing quality would take a hit. Still, I would take it. GT5 shuffle race (BOP'ed) would be a great addition too.

Race A with the Escort is cool, thanks to its AWD, you can dip 2 wheels off (or 4) and barely lose speed. Pace needs some work, I have 1.40 pace and sometime I can hit 1.39.high, the funny thing is I don't know why this lap is 39 and not the others, I do the same thing on my controller.

This is a nice looking double overtake in sector 1.

Ive managed to nail a 1,38:501, I believe this is down to getting the right bend at the top of the hill with the windmills in the distance correct and the nasty right hander at the bottom correct too.

The one at the top, when you exit that corner you gotta get the exit speed up so turn in a little bit later and accelerate earlier, you will feel it grip and slingshot you out of the bend and down the big hill, the one at the bottom is a nightmare to replicate lap on lap.

I try to turn in so the near side wheels go over the end of the rumble strip. Get it right and you can keep your momentum up the hill, ive come out of that bend and the ghost car pulling away like im standing still, proper frustrating when you’ve nailed it on the lap before, its like the car just dies, i think this is down to the lag on the turbo, takes way longer to build going back uphill and if you’ve let the revs drop a tiny bit too much the turbo is completely off the boost. Ive got my bucket and shovel out in that sand on on left numerous times too

Good luck :)

Yep all I can say is it’s grotty out there today, calling it a day on race B, may even call it a week. I’m going to put some time into race A.

Had a win this morning when I was pitted against BB and finished 5 secs clear 🤨

But I reckon there is frustration out there this week, as I fell down the SR ladder, I started races further down the grid so there are good times but I can only imagine there is some punting going on all around

It's like mad max and the thunder dome.

Heavy braking zones, and corners that require very wide entries coupled with everyone in the same car it's all just so tight and that invites people squeezing or thinking they are really smart and there is a gap only to find it shuts on them very quickly.

I have to say I'm liking A this week over the other two.

Yeah it’s not much fun everyone just hugging the extreme right hand side of the track, but your right the nature of the track just brings dive bombers and late brakers 🤨

But A is a good combo again, thats 3 straight weeks it’s been great racing, let’s hope that continues

I managed to get my QT down to 1.39.071 and two wins came my way after some good racing and guys either beaching themselves or ramming each other off 🤣

What does everyone think about streamers, ignoring the big ones (Steve, Rory, jimmy, digit, kie)

But the less "consistent" choosing my words carefully.

I have some views but I'd be interested to know your guys thoughts.

I don’t mind some of them, but there are others I can’t watch at all, can’t even bear the sound them droning on or the ones who create nonsense to get hits, I also don’t like the ones who use the big ones names, for example I raced Rory and here’s what happened, or Rory Rear Ended me, here’s what happened. See what i did there ?:D

The worst

It's almost a guarantee that when I see the words "streaming on (enter service name here)" that it's going to be a "show", if you know what i mean. I think the idea of streaming is leading the idea of being halfway decent at the game.

agreed but what i find hilarious about those ones is…. when you see one of them in the barrier and as you fly past you just catch the end of the name (YT) :D

I am also done racign this week. Two races and both dead last finishes. The first race was my fault as I took evasive action as not to run into the back of another driver. The second race had an idiot ramming anyone who got near them. I took the dirty driver out and broke my engine after the contact with a wall which is a first for me. I also got 2.5 seconds in off track penalties which is an accomplishment. Not having a good time recently.

I am truly surprised by the number of people streaming that should not be. 💩 driving, 💩 manners, 💩 racecraft. Again, barring those that actually CAN drive (Tidge and such), a lot of 'em need some polish.👍

What magic would PD have to work to stuff all the 'Tubers in their own lobby?😁

Nothing in particular, like for those who share pictures of their meal at restaurant or those selfies aficionados. Narcisism and shameless are a plague of these times. I only wonder what's the point to stream from 14th in grid in a DR C (or even D) lobbie.

From what I read, it's rogue out there this week (like it is from the beginning of the year), while I'm still practicing at DF. Yesterday was hard tyres day, wich are slower of ar. 1 sec. compared to medium ones. (courious to know what's your delta in pace between the two compounds)
Being just 5% DR A, the possibility to be put in mixed lobbies with desperados is high. I managed to get a QT that grant me always front row if I'm demoted back to DR B. Hope to be mid pack at least In DR A lobbies with my QT (between 4th and 8th would be great).
Enjoy your racing weekend, guys.

I woulda liked to have heard what he said about your livery on his stream.

Ive kinda given up on racing online this week too, only really enjoying race A, but…. The right hander at the bottom of the hill is dive bomb avenue, we could all brake late into that if we wanted to. The fact you need to be wide to take it and keep your momentum up, others just seem to think you have left the inside door wide open for them when in reality, you are thinking the opposite.

don’t get me wrong, there are decent and respectable racers out there who understand what’s going on, but those are few and far between, most just see it as an opportunity to brake late and then sit in front of you to remove any uphill speed you had.

I’m not angry about it, just is what it is, ill grind gold licences for the rest of the week and pray for a better week next week :)
