I doubt it. These cars all have enough downforce to go flat through Eu Rouge and Blanchemont.

As a side note... 1st blast a practice (room still open btw) I've tweaked the nurF car to be pretty good... yikes I'm stuck in the 2:15's
I knew me and this car were going to suffer here... but man that's worse than I thought with everyone 1s faster. O_O

Yea did some laps and my best so far is a 2.15.7xx:dopey:

bleh.... 2 hours of playing with the setup and couldn't get below 15.2 ... I can do 15.3-5 all day long as the car is crazy stable and a pleasure to drive. Just completely pants for speed. Even if I got everything perfect I'd only be sniffing 14.9; going to be a nervous bubble watcher this week. :/

interestingly... I trimmed the rear wing down to 55 and didn't even notice it was missing so I kept it low.

Less setup, more driver. (hold on)

Spa is a long, extremely difficult track, you have time to find in every corner yet. Patience grasshopper.
My first session netted 15.5, second 15.0, 3rd 14.7, 4th 14.5, and I fully expect to hit 13's just like last season.:mischievous:

I always get owned from rivage to stavelot. I think my problem is it feels like a "momentum track", like I stopped using the brake pedal in turn 11 and just coasting and letting the front tires scrub off speed which bought a few tenths in s2... I need to work on my fast-in I think.

my splits are up on the practice board; I'm dropping > 1/2 second in s2

oh, for those not in the know with corner names:

hm, seems like an older track map. I usually see that "Les Fagnes" corner refered to as Campus now. But Rivage was renamed to Bruxelles, but Rivage is a much cooler name so I'm sticking with that. They get pretty funny with the corner names, another example is that lack of an appart name for turn 11, "the corner with no name"

So endearing.

Spa is a momentum track, overall, very much so, imo. 👍
Eau Rouge, Les Combs, Malmony, Rivage, unnamed corner, Pounhon, Fagnes, Stavelot, and Blanchemont are all high-momentum corners.
In other words, all but two.

Ran a few mock qualification runs all by my lonesome and came up with a 14.609 as my best, using a piece of tape to hold the paddle in place.

Only LSD and very minor gear tweaks, rest same from the Nurb.

I can be in in a while. I'll give you some time to warm up.

Had some practice yesterday after a week without GT, managed to hit 14.5xx, so quite happy with that. Still more time left, 13's is possible imo. I might do my Q today.
I hope I don't screw it up for the third time...

I specifically grabbed one that had Rivage on it. ;)

Im so fing slow around here. Its no fun. the car feels like its not
present on track or something. need to find more speed in it too;)

We voted and Justin, Nissman and me decided to allow him a restart. The reason is that his controller was off battery during the warm lap caused him a engine damage. I know there's usually no way to restart a Q session but i think this one is a pretty good reason to redo a Q.

I personally wish we allowed the second lap to be waved off and the driver does 3 and 4 for his runs. So basically the racers get ine mess up and they can still have a good chance at two runs. As well this would allow damage car on lap 2 to put and come out warm up 3rd and balls out on final lap.

Please consider this for next season qualifying. This would help avoid what Litchi had to make decision on. This option would allow the driver to solve his problem so to speak.

Will wanna practice later and qualify. Prob around 4pm EST about 3hrs and 40 minutes.

Not sure I'm going to get any practice in tonight as I feel a little rough.

Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow

It's a good idea 👍 Will probably make it in next season's regulations in one way or another.

I remember getting damaged on my outlap for qualifying in FMSC xD went around pitted, and still got like second place at Tokyo woot.
