Well W-g-e makes contact with the wall on both laps, Lap 1 on the exit of the last turn he makes contact with the wall on the left. On lap 2 he makes contact on the exit of the long right hand turn in sector 2. Personally I don't think he gained anything from hitting the wall.

Yea, true. There's no time to gain here. But I think the fairly way would be to keep the lap 2 as the Quali lap.

Should also say he didn't get damage or anything, he clipped once on each lap. The 1st lap was actually the cleaner of the two, but I agree Will's idea of just using Lap 2 would be a fair outcome 👍.
