Was too busy sleeping to make it. I'll be there next week, though.
 
It's not too important, I didn't anticipate for it to work with people still joining and me away as well. We've got pretty much a full room's worth of people signed up so next week should be good at least; remember that you're free to qualify at any point up till the deadline from now.

I don't understand this, I can qualify whenever I want. How do I know if the times are with the real spec, the rules are correct,...
Do we have a real qualify the same day of the race...?

Read the OP procedure, you qualify with a steward present to verify your time. You can qualify whenever you can get in a room with somebody else from the series who can watch you 👍

Well obviously it's not spot on because it's GT5 but it's a similar length, it flows well, has a few recognisable turns and elevation changes :)
 
thinking about getting some practice in soon... break the rust off from 2+ weeks out of the chair. (shingles down my right arm made driving a bit painful)

I will not make any race on a custom track.


It's personal. I went out and dumped the coin on triple screens and those custom tracks do not work. They only fill one screen.

Sorry I have boycotted all custom tracks.



Edit: skimmed through OP didn't see it. But do we drop one race from points Or is all races counted?

It's really disappointing the custom tracks don't use the triples screens like all others. I've got two great custom tracks. As well had good racing on many others. The catch is I've gotten used to turning in utilizing the side monitors as well being able to see mirrors and what not. While seems miniscual to some. Try blocking 2/3 of your screen and tell me how that works. Granted lil different but for us triple users it's the same basic thing. LoL

I had no idea about the triple screen thing due to the fact I can only afford a triple screen setup in my dreams :lol:

From what I've heard it's a decent car to drive but it's not particularly common IIRC.
 
RT maintained at the orginal specs (Spot race) the Rx8 was quite slow. Dunno how it would be on this specs.

Frasier adjusted the power specs etc. so it should be closer now. Are you in on this Paul? I can't remember whether you entered or not :dopey:
 
i may take the RX8, i will sign up soon, i know it takes a sec and is easy, but i like to make things complicated :P
 
took a break but the room is still up btw...
might think about qualifying in a bit

I'll probably qualify one night this week; got stuff to sort out for my first day back at school tomorrow though so I can't get on tonight.

EDIT: By the way, the specs should be fine judging by testing but if we do find any issues in qualifying in terms of potential pace, we'll play around with hp and weight.

bit hard to find... I went on a 1 week UCD quest for my 2.4 spot race before it showed up. I've got two but I think it's too expensive to gift.
it's also really hard to drive, it has bad rear traction problems so it's as hard to tune as the zonda. Not a bad car... just requires a light touch.
 
im gonna hunt it down and use it. It's either between that and one of the chevrolet's. Too may audi's. We must fight them :P
 
hi guys , I registered but I can do four races (Daytona, rome, spa, cape ring) 👍
 
1:40.7xx here in the Zonda R. But i'm not registered as a DP driver, i just wanted to test it lol
