QoL (Quality of Life) Improvements you would like to see?

I don't understand why we didn't see the return of the "Sport Mode History" tab on everybody's profiles. It was in GT Sport, so I don't know why it's missing in GT7 at the moment. If it returned, it could be a nice way to view somebody's previous standings in a championship while still being on their profile.

I want more ways to itemise and theme your garage.

Race cars, stock road cars, tuned road cars, PP tuned event cars etc. Unique garage options to display our cars. Even display owned wheels.

Not sure if this counts as QoL but photo mode should use the highest quality of the liveries available when rendering. It's very annoying to have so many shots ruined due the 240p liveries.
