Could be photoshop. There's a bunch of "soft" edges, and the headlights look weird.

I'm looking at the reflection in the headlights and the reflection on the hood and windshiled and they all match up. So if it's a shoop it's a very good one.

But look at the mesh in the front bumper... that looks really fake. And the interior is conveniently blacked out. And it's on LP640 wheels.

Either way, shoop or real, it's not pretty.

I've seen that image posted on deviantart a couple of times; I'm certain that it's nothing more than a photo edit of a 599. Although I don't know why someone would edit a Ferrari to look like a Lamborghini.
