I don't know. Since I think that is an A310, what he did made the car look better in my opinion (so long as it wasn't a later model, which I like a lot more than the six-headlight originals). Except the side grills. Those look bad on almost anything.
I guess it could theoretically be an Alpine GTA, though, and if it is it is pure sacrilege.

It WAS an H2 or H3. I'd guess H3, as the wheelbase is pretty short.

And it still looks like a toy.
