Someone who does that to a car doesn't really bother to work in what's beneath the hood. Or at least that's what I want to believe.

Um....Expanding....foam.

That's all I have to say about this one.

I'm sad to say that they aren't the only sickos that would do that to an innocent 500.(red car is finished version, car behind it is another victim)

We really need to make an international law preventing the molestation of classic cars.

Are those supposed to be fake rusted body panels?

It's actual rust, except it's done on purpose. Apparently rust is the cool thing to do... Which means all the old EFs and EGs on the East Coast are now trendy, I guess.

Yeah it's popular with the rat-rodders too. Course the lighting in that picture makes it look like a spray-on-rust. :dopey:

Cut springs... Check. Rally lights... Check. Rust body... Check. BMX bike... Check. That thing is possibly the ultimate fad-mobile.

Not to mention all those old vans where the entire lower body is rusted off.

Maybe I'll have to buy one now and sell it for millions in two years.

Am i the only one that doesnt find good looking nor funny, the rust in Any kind of car?...well, maybe a pinto

Point is, why would you like to damage your car so bad, why not paint it like that.

Though, I like the street/drift fighter style, its kinda cool a car that doesnt care on looking cool or clean, just mean and really fast..!

Now he can't even lean on his car without getting rust dust all over his clothes. Besides the fact that he's an utter douche, obviously. Look at that crap on his roof rack. Is that a 55 gallon barrel?

Except it's neither mean nor fast... 110hp (probably less, actually) of non-VTEC single cam D16A6 fury trying to drive all the crap that's on and in there. There's probably 20lbs of pine tree air fresheners hanging from the rearview mirror.

All it's missing are some super low offset ugly wheels with stretched tires... and maybe a few zipties.

Edit: It's a shame however, because those seats are in absolutely perfect condition. Perhaps the best OEM seats ever put in an econobox ever.

Fail. Only a Harlequin Golf is a Harlequin Golf. Anything else and you're just a poser who can't handle the awesome of a rainbow-colored car from the factory.

*contributes to thread and proves point at same time. Win-win.*

See the rear roofline? gotta be 3rd gen J-body coupe.

The red Fiat 500... just wow. I can't believe people in YouTube actually like that piece of 🤬, and even compliment the guy who uploaded it.

Except the rust look != structural rust. It's intentionally put there for a look. I don't know I just like the way it looks on certain cars. I also like the roof carries will all the stuff in them too. Gives it a post-apocalyptic cruiser feel or something.
