I've met the guy personally SRV2LOW4ME that built the original cars (that looks like a NZ ripoff version of the original one and looks absolutely hideous compared to the original and agree that the owner of this one should be shot!) and they were all done differently.

That one was called "Predator" for the predator alien looking front end. Back then it was considered a show winning car because of the work done to the car....it's one of a series of cars he's built, most of them were breakthrough for their time, in the late 1990's. Check them out at http://www.cybermotorsports.com.au/ and look at all the different stages of all the cars he's designed.

I dunno...with all the extra sheetmetal weight, it probably weighs a good bit more...it'll need all the extra power it can get.

I'm not really sure where this car belongs. Twin turbo Diesel V8 powered Panoz... Incredibly awesome. Only thing really questionable is how crazy you'd have to be to build it.

@ jet - I'm not really sure how most of those are "questionable" Most looked very nice. You may not like the cars, or the particular style/colors, but they're all done nicely, so there's nothing "questionable" about them.
