The tires seem like winter tires, so perhaps he ordered a winter tires/rim combo from Tire Rack and just didn't bother to think how they'd look...

I actually got them off a guys cobalt that were apparently only 1 season for$320 bucks.đź‘Ť But I suppose nobody thought I would do anything questionable after the Mitsubishi.

I have a lot I'll have to post sometime. Rice is becoming more common in Alaska even as the snow looms on the horizon...

As to the earlier Ringbrothers discussion - I liked Afterburner but the Mustang does seem pretty bad.

That's awesome, not questionable.

To me it's the opposite. I've seen a few GT-Rs with orange wheels, so it's not very original, nor does it look that good. The spoiler, on the other hand, looks pretty normal on that car. If the wheels were different the orange would be OK but the wheels themselves are sort of ugly and dont match their color

This may be questionable to some, and likeable to others. To me...it's questionable... My friend spotted this in Boston.

I use that building almost every day at school. I've certainly seen a white GTR around campus but it didn't have red wheels or a spoiler. I haven't seen it for a while either, so I can only assume the owner had spent some time modifying it. When was this taken?

The rims are quite original, however the spoiler ruins it.

I don't understand this. Painfully bright colored rims that don't match the car at all are fine, but a spoiler isn't? Then again, I don't understand the whole brightly-painted-rims thing at all. The only painted rims I've ever thought looked good were black, white, or (in one memorable example) gold. I've never seen brightly painted rims that were anything but questionable, and this one's the same as the rest IMO.

I agree with the painted rims theory, I hardly ever see a good car with painted rims.
There's an Evo X driving around here, black with white rims :yuck:

Just looks... wrong

I think it's trying to shed its front kit

Weak. I've definitely seen worse, but that's still aweful. This 'questionable' stuff really hits home when you know virtually every nut and bolt of a car. Our bumper clips are known to sag, I need to replace my own. But I want those corner lights dammit. Hard as hell to find ambers with reflectors!

No way, I just saw that car a couple of days ago. Small world.

The wheels make me scratch my head, but any functional spoiler is a good spoiler.

Sorry for the late reply, and sorry to everyone the fact that photobucket has taken my photos down. :ouch: It was taken on February 14th of this year.

I suppose the wheels could be ok if he changed the body color. Some tasteful things in the GT5 photomode forums I've seen.
