Nothing with that little horsepower will ever be cool, unless the vehicle happens to weigh less than 100kg w/ engine (go-karts anyone?). A smart car is faster than that. And I'd rather gouge my eyes out with a rusty hook than drive a Smart because it's so horribly slow and unresponsive...

Speaking of mad Morries, in 1960s New Zealand saloon car racing in the allcomers catagory there was a contraption called the Morrari. It was a Ferrari Super Sqaulo F1 chassis with a Corvette V8 with 500hp+ and a Morris Minor low headlight body on top. Apparently it was a real beast to handle (suprise, suprise) but it was bloody quick.
