How though? There's little to nothing questionable about it in the first place. Maybe the V8 swap was, but it's a track car and that body kit and wing is all for the corners. It's called down force, get as much of it. Here's a good example of a riced R33:

Then again, I'm sure this Skyline is also a fact one, but cosmetically it would classify as rice possibly and it definitely questionable.

A guy in my neighborhood used to have a Prelude SI with crazy modifications. Nothing cosmetic. When you looked at it, it was a regular Prelude SI. When he turned it on, it barely made any noise.... rev until 5K RPM, and all hell broke loose. THAT was a true sleeper!

I didn't look too hard. Actually, it wasn't even shiny when I looked at it. I think it's chrome maybe.
