That one I am guessing is not a Grand Sport, but a Vette thats had a respray, because if they wanted it to look like a Grand Sport then where is the central white stripe, probably forgotten to paint on.
Right you are, that is an older body style, you can tell by the back end. I have seen those GS stripes a couple times on other corvettes, my friends dad had black stripes on the fender of his red corvette, which was at least the correct body style.

You want to know what's funniest about that one? I didn't even have to see the license plate and I knew "Sbarro".
@ The "Grand Sport": It also has the gay rubber strip following the entire side of the car, which I beleive was discontinued in 1991.

Did the Grand Sport ever come in a full softtop version, cause I thought it was only ever avilable in Coupe form. I'm another that likes the Grand Sport Vette.

EDIT: i stand corrected: http://temp.corvetteforum.net/c4/gs383/gdspconv.jpg

Yes, as Bondy said, there were Convertibles. As far as I know, they were special order only, and not to many preferred the White color of the top to the blue body.

kylehnat, let it go...There's nothing we can do for her. She's gone...:nervous:

Why the hell would you build a replica H1? H1's have two purposes...the go off road and to help beat the hell outta the enemy. Other then that there is no use for them.

Well, let's see. A replica using solid axles (what the Chevy Suburban/Pickups boasted) with a larger aftermarket than the AM General, or the new Chevrolet for that matter. It also costs lest to make one using a donated (still purchased, but with a typical rusty as heck body). It makes a Chevy weigh less, considering the body is fiberglass. First of all, solid axles have proven to be much better rockcrawling, mudding, and trail riding than Independent Suspension. Independent suspensions are for rallying.

Myself, I'd rather have the replica then the worthless real thing.

The Hummer isn't worthless, it's just shouldn't really be sold to the public. It's meant to be a military vehicle, not a passenger vehicle.

I have seen that done before, although the one I saw looked about 100x better than that, and was featured in Hot Rod Magazine. Who knows, maybe its the same car I saw many years ago, fallen into the wrong hands.... That car could be cool if it was at least slammed on some better wheels, and maybe a paintjob.

Even with the foot of body overhang on each side? If you want a chevy truck, why not just have a chevy truck? Sounds like you would be pretty proud to own a fake hummer. But I cant blame ya, some dumb ho probably wouldnt know the difference.

Look at the air intakes here--is this fag trying to hydrolock his engine? What a waste of a good car...the person that did this should be shot in the face with a sawwed off shotgun. I mean what's the POINT of having this kind of a gay bodykit--I guarantee it HINDERS performance and does not increase it.

That's actually pretty tame considering the rock bottom standards of this thread. But those are some godawful rims... and they are indeed way, way too big.
