Ok you can help me out GT3, I'm upto the Malibu club The Job mission and have done everything before that. There's nothing else on the in game Map, no phone or mission bosses.

My friend said he got a phone :answer: call from Lance leading him to the final mission.

I didn't get this yet have completed everything he has? He has also not done the job mission so it can't be because of that?

Have you done the Print Works missions yet? If not, do that. If you have, just run around a while afterward, and you'll get called up on your 'cell phone'

Yes, you must do missions for Printworks and Malibu before more missions arise.
