Quit smoking or quit your job!!!

The guy who fired the workers is right in my opinion. If they don't abide by his rules and if they want to smoke then fine, but then they shouldn't be in HIS company, they should do it somewhere else.

How would you like it if people were allowed to smoke in your house right in your face and you had no rights to remove them?

I'm not sure that he is legally right, but I do agree with him. It's not there are still smokers who don't know the risk, these days. Some people just have no sense or self control.
