The only way BMW won't sweep all 4 races is if they don't show up or have utterly incompetent drivers show up. It's way too fast and the tire wear works too well for it. Citroen seems a bit fast too but tire wear might even it out compared to the other FFs. Volvo is hopeless.

imagine that; being outqualified by an independent and thus becoming the independent But the BMW will probably get 1270 kg.
@LancerEvo7, only reason Ryan and I are fast here is practice and quite literally outside of the box thinking. The setups we have are excellent.

Also, I'm going to make my third car change in as many hours and run a BMW this weekend. Independent entry under the "Clearly Not a Third RPM-BMW" banner, pink of course, and although the car won't allow it, it'll be #51 in spirit.

1270 now, maybe. I think by now, everyone knows that the BMW is also outperforming the other cars, even with non-alien drivers. Ryan ran a 51.3 in it, then gears ran 51.6. So, yeah, 1270 because BoP tells me that FR + Suzuka = dominance

BoP a car for the one track it does well at. Very fair. Should have been balanced better in first place before releasing specs. Also in total ignorance of how the BMW is a very hard car to drive.

70kg is overkill, I struggled to keep pace with less than a 40kg difference.

Dodge the question. Heavier car handles worse with that much. More weight = worse acceleration, handling, probably higher tyre wear which BMW struggles with. If you are going to BoP a car evenly, don't judge it on an alien driver and also check perhaps your own spec tests before releasing them

I couldn't spec it. I couldn't drive the thing. I got tired of its handling and passed off the testing to others. I still hate that car... But, Spurgy doesn't. @jammy21 You were on RH tires while everyone else was on RM's.
@ITCC_Andrew Why did you pit? Your tires were about as worn as mine, which is odd considering how much smoke mine were producing.

So you have no idea if the car is too fast or not, or how much weight it actually needs to be balanced? I don't really like this random guessing game and "that'll do" specing. Also if you can't drive the car at all, maybe that suggests it needs a speed advantage to compensate for it's unpredictable handling?
