Angel: No. Just 4 fresh tires and fuel.

Crew Chief: Very nice driving. Clean all around. Well done.
Angel: I'll take it. Never raced dirt before. You guys did an amazing job setting up this car. I just drove as hard as I could.
Crew Chief: Those Concept cars are really good on dirt. You did great.
Angel: Onto Talladega. I'm excited.

Reporter: You made another shining example of how well your driving skills are. Another 6th place. But the sliding...how physical is that for you?
Angel: For an oval, I definitely did a lot of road course maneuvering *laughs* It was very physical. You're trying to keep the car where you want it. I had the ability to run a good line that wasn't being used up front, and it worked out.
Reporter: In the eyes of many, you are already the shining example of the girls here. Any pressure there?
Angel: Absolutely not. I don't feel pressure. In the car, it isn't "guy or girl", it's "how much do you want to win", and I want to win really bad. Right now, these top 10s are wins. Next season, I'll be up there. So, no pressure, just personal goals.
Reporter: You avoided pretty much everyone and everything here tonight. But you probably still have opinions on what was going on behind you and in front of you.
Angel: Oh yeah. I learned a bit more on who I want to set myself up with in Talladega. There was quite a bit of bump drafting, which was fun to do here to. Harsk played an excellent game and pulled off a solid win so congrats to him. Hopefully the bulldozers can spare this Ford at Talladega and break into the top 5.

I'd like to apologize to @nascarfan1400 and all my fellow competitors in the series for my outburst yesterday. I am a mental and emotional train wreck, and yet again allowed my true emotions to take hold. As has also been the case in the past, I've come to regret my actions to some degree. @nascarfan1400 I'm sorry for insinuating that you were making me the bad guy purposely, I know better but I did not listen to my head. To @DurWinning I apologize for trying to bite your head off, you didn't deserve that, no one here does. @Whitetail I'm sorry that I fired that response off. I can't add to that, sorry. As for the rest of the roster, I'm sorry I made you all witness *yet another* meltdown snap.

I do not expect sympathy, acceptance, or the like. It isn't warranted, and I've done nothing to earn it. I do not know if I should resign from the series, and for that matter all series, however my actions have taken that decision out of my hands as I cannot be trusted with it. For the 2014 GTPFS, the decision is in the hands of nas and the stewards, for the other series, it is the choice of their respective managers. The future.....there is no future right now.

Thing is, I really have nothing to complain about. Job, home, good ride, no debt, but for some stupid reason I let things that don't matter at all get to me. Regularly. I try to be better than that, it infuriates me to no end being petty like that, but so often I meltdown like butter, then react like Chernobyl.

That's life and welcome it with open arms it is a very emotional rollercoaster but very awesome it is all part of maturing and it all goes very fast.
Friends will stick with you in hard times then you know your real friends.

When I hit lows, the bottom of the barrel is usually left with splinters. Eventually, I can get out though.

What can I say hell I'm retired I drill holes all my life oil rigs & diamonds rigs work like a slave the old days lived out of a dofflebag plus kids and all now I can enjoy all the goddy's I mist. It all goes back, life is really short and the 30 s are a blur so rock on every day enjoy to be alive.

I would go out on a limb and say there could be a slight chance that the Pace Truck decides to alternate between pacing the field and shooting off like a rocket. Its Dega, which is just another word for crazy.

Well, here's what I think will happen at 'Dega:

• The Pace Truck will pull a sick drift around some unlucky chap (or girl);
• Someone will wipe out half the field on the back straight by spinning someone else out;
• We'll have a great battle on the last laps between people who either survived and/or caused crashes throughout the race;
• I'll win the whole race, shocking the world. (what can I say, I'm optimistic )
