do you mean the '08 premium Hiroto GTR? I have a level 23 but no 24. Is 22 ok?

ok, i'm not too sure if I have one of those, I know for a fact I have a tuned, Pennzoil Nismo GTR '99 but not so sure of the Hiroto '01 model.
