Something I didn't know until just now: The VW Type 2 "Kombi" production was just stopped in December in 2013, because that was the last time VW could sell a car in Brazil without ABS and dual front airbags.

Since when do driving and the desire to be a president matter to eachother?

I would think car enthusiasts would want a president that is able to drive a car safely... W. Bush drove Vladimir Putin around his ranch in a Ford F-250.

Yeah but it's also a national security issue.

Has nothing to do with actually driving or being safe. Let's read the articles next time.
Hillary Clinton disclosed Monday that she hasn't driven a car since the year 1996.

"The last time I actually drove a car myself was 1996," Clinton said at the National Automobile Dealers Association meeting in New Orleans. She then joked: "I remember it very well. Unfortunately, so does the Secret Service, which is why I haven't driven since then."

Clinton's lack of experience behind the wheel isn't all that unusual for a person who has been in public life as long as she has. Before stepping down as U.S. secretary of state almost a year ago, Clinton served as first lady, then senator and then secretary of state, with no time away from public office.

"I have to confess: One of the regrets I have about public life is that I can't drive anymore," Clinton said, before joking: "My husband thinks that's a blessing, but he's the one who should talk."

Former presidents and first ladies have Secret Service protection for life after leaving office, which means they have very limited opportunities to drive.

Bill Clinton said in 2012 that driving was the one thing he missed most about everyday life. He said he always drives the golf cart during golf outing.

George W. Bush often drove his pickup truck, but only within the confines of his ranch in Crawford, Texas. When the truck was sold in 2009, Bush said: "I haven't driven on a street in many, many years, but I have been able to drive this truck on my ranch."
Clinton has not driven a car since 1996, on the instructions of the secret service, and it is something that her husband pines for too. "Whenever I'm on the golf course I always make them let me drive the golf cart," Bill Clinton has said.

In the case of former prime minister Tony Blair, it was the advent of digital technology that utterly passed him by when he took office in 1997. By his own account, it was 10 years before he got a personal email address or learned to text or use a mobile phone.

Why on god's green earth you think car enthusiasts would want a President who can drive safely is beyond making sense of considering they will never be allowed to drive anything once they are elected to start with....

Hillary Clinton hasn't driven a car since 1996... and she wants to be president.

Since when do people with perfectly fine motor skills forget to drive once they've learned how to do so?

And how does that impact her running the country or not?

Stop acting like you don't care, democrats. And yes, your driving skills WILL degrade if you haven't driven in 18 years.

Stop acting like it matters.

No, it doesn't actually matter, but I would still want a president that can drive if he needs to.

The only president (in office or out of office) I have ever seen behind a wheel was George W. Bush, and that was driving his F-150 at his ranch in Texas.

I doubt any president or former president is allowed to drive themselves on public roads.

The first car to have a Ferrari badge on it's nose, and considered by some as the first true Ferrari, is a Alfa Romeo Grand Prix car with 2 engines. Alfa P3 in the front and Alfa P3 in the rear.

I just recently read a bit about double posting in the site support section of GTPlanet and Jordan said that it's fine if the previous post was posted a long time before the 2nd post. Also, it's fine since this thread hasn't been messed with in over 2 weeks.

So, here's a few facts that I knew a bit about.
The 1992-1995 & 1996-2002 Dodge Vipers are from 2 different generations to each other despite the similar looks in appearance. The exhausts of the Viper were moved from the side to the back during the middle of 1996, the Viper RT/10 was give the same amount of power as the Viper GTS in 1998, and the 2nd generation Viper RT/10 has a higher top speed than the first generation one.

Yep the Exhaust routing on the 1st gens is why they sound odd they don't have a crossover but the later ones do.
