Rare car? Corvette C5-R '00

The C5R's didn't really have a chance until they added the 7 liter engine which was against the rules if memory serves as no C5 Corvette could be bought with a 7 liter motor at the dealership. Also the Vipers were heavily restricted to make them eligible for the GT1 class and yet still dominated Le Mans and most of the other series.

Yeah Snakebitten,but Viper's still had 8.0L 709hp/729tq 2535lbs,compared to the Corvette's 7.0L 600hp/495tq 2511lbs. That's a bid difference,in racing. Viper just over powered the competition.

Hey can you do a race with it, go into photo mode, and see the names on the top? My dad raced it from 00' to 03' and I can't find it in the used car lot. It would be awesome if you could get back to me with the names! Thanks!

On the actual C5-R, Pratt and Miller wrote the names of the drivers along with their national flag on the root of the vette. On the actual car my Dad's name is on it, but today the C5-R was a AI so I checked the names, but being a standard car, they were too blurry to read. I did faintly make out the French flag which was cool though! Thanks for the offer.
