Rare UCD Cars?

No, there aren't. As far as I/we can tell there is equal probablility of any given car showing up.

Are there any extra desirable UCD cars, on the other hand? Well, yes, that depends on what you're looking for.
 
Only saw the Suzuki GSX-R/4 turn up once early on in the game, couldnt afford the 120k to buy it at the time and now that I have heaps of credits it wont show up in the UCD???
 
I don't recall ever seeing the Calibra Touring Car, either the Opel or Vauxhall version. Haven't really seen the GSX-R/4 much either.

I tend to buy rare cars if I can, I don't tend to buy the expensive (750,000cr>) ones much though. But I bloody well love collecting the rare ones
 
The W12 Nardo seems to be my Unicorn. That was my go-to car in GT4, and I desperately want it in this one.

I've passed up a few real great ones because I don't we be caught short of cash when it shows up. I've passed up the Audi TT Touring car twice...

I own an Evo IV rally car, but I can't recall seeing any other ones.

EDIT: Just looked and realised there's no Evo V rally car in this game, gutted! :(
 
i saw a BP RX7 drift car today. never saw it before, in the game or in this forum. and i have yet to see a lotus esprit turbo the ucd, but i have raced against one several times.
 
Question:

I just picked up the Diablo in the UCD. Is it so rare that I did the right thing?

I liked this car from the preious game and couldn't wait to drive it!

I have seen this but isn't there one in the Premium list? I would get that instead.

The '69 Camaro in the Used Lot is the SS model. The Premium is a Z28.

That's nice but not sure it's great value at almost 2 million credits? Good for the US races though which reminds me of another car i've only seen once and am waiting for again, the Corvette Stingray race car. The "standard" Corvette Stingray seems kinda rare too.

Yeah it's few and far between. I just picked mine up last night:) I'm having troubles finding the Corvette C5R.:grumpy:

The first two i snatched up, but the last two I couldn't because I didn't have the credits :( .
 
I just picked up a Mercedes CLK-GTR and a Motorsports Elise. First time I've seen either, and luckily, I just had enough credits.
 
LoL NOS Waster: Toyota GT-ONE ROAD CAR!!!? Does this car exists in GT5? Well if you saw it then prehaps yeah exists but isn't it the race car?

Well if I ever see a Road Car GT-ONE I will buy it right in the moment.

Rare cars that you cannot win:

Lambrghini Diablo Nomand Race Car (800K)
Most Le Mans Cars
Gran Turismo Formula Gran Turismo (4.8m)
Chaparral 2J (14.8m O.O)

These I have only found ONCE and are also car's that I need to buy, specialy the Formula GT and the Chaparral.

Ah also the Dodge Viper GTS-R Concept is VERY VERY RARE also only once I have seen it (Cost's almost 1m)
 
Seriously, you think it's meaningful to call cars rare because you have only seen them once? Do you have no concept at all of random processes?

I've been waiting to see _any_ Gaz, the Russian make. The complete list says there are several Gazs in the game but I haven't seen one. ANyone?

Are you sure it was a complete car list and not a wishlist? There are none.

More to the topic, I've seen an RS200 rally car once and didn't have the money. Now I have money to buy three of them but you can guess if any show up.

I have only seen that RS200 once, was very glad i had the cash to pick it up

Got a Series 1 Supercharged last night as well, just going to sit there doing nothing.

Have only seen the Renault Turbo 5 once as well, picked that up on a whim too.

FGT is not rare at all anymore, just buy it from the not so rare online collectors thingo....
