GTS-R '87: 80/100

Nothing remakable, but a tonic for those sick of of overwieght 4wd Skylines. It's a tough find in the used Nissan lot, but you'll get about 410hp when it's all said and done, and a Calsonic-sponsored race mod. Should be good enough to win the GT300 series, and a competent 80's sports car racer.

I miss the race mods; even when ugly, it gives you a reason to have two of a similar car...GT3 is sorely lacking this little option.

Peugeot 406 coupe?

85/100

I had drive that car with a racing mod, the car handle very well, but the paint was to ugly, but continue be a good car.

Toyota Sprinter Trueno Gt-apex '85?

If you is saying it is another 406 Bla, I don't know if that car is good or not. Maybe I was wrong.

I wanna know how good is the rate of a Toyota Sprinter/Corolla trueno/levin Gt-apex '85!!:P

Isnt the best looking car in the game, but it handles great(stock). a little on the slow side, but tuned its pretty quick. had fun with it on Motorsports Land

75/100

Next Car: Toyota Caldina GT-T

Caldina GT-T

65/100]/b]

Looked so good on paper to me, but had serious cornering washout and rather disappointing in a straight line too. No room in my garage for it

Toyota 2000gt?

85/100

I think you are talking about Toyota trd 2000 gt. I already had test that car, it is pretty, powerful, but the handle is poor, I tried do grip, but what I did is drift. Except this, the car is good.

Toyota mr2 1600 G-limited supercharger?

I tuned it to 262hp and took it to the 80s cup: Deep Forest Raceway, and blew away the competition. This car is very touchy. the back end is always wanting to slide out, may make a good drift car.

79/100

Skyline GTS-R (R31)

The 1987 Skyline? thats a real cracker. Not the quickest, but Racemod it and that Calsonic livery looks jsut gorgeous. It handles surprisingly well for an FR.

89/100 - marks lost for ugly boxy looks and wheelspin

Next car: the Honda Accord SIR-T '97/'98

Nope, the toyota 2000gt '67.

fc3s, that skyline was done by me not 10 posts ago.

Honda Accord Sir-T.

75/100

Nice race kits available and a steady performer. I have the '97 in my sub 300 section and the '98 in my 330 category. Both really nice handlers.

Civic VTi '93?

Actually, I mopped up the 4WD and wagon series with the Caldina GT-T; I think ytou get 385hp or so. Quite nimble for a wagon, but nothing overly spectacular. Infact, some of the toughest racing you'll find in GT2 is when you race stock wagons against the AI's Wagon races...not as easy as it sounds!

The Civic VTi '93 (it's the Si for those of you with the NTSC version) 80/100.

Nothing spectacular, but a reliable, easy-to-drive little rocket for starting the game. I even mopped up the turbo No.1 and the NA No.1 races with this puppy. Nothing exciting, but sometimes you want those first few races to be a breeze when you're short on dough, right? Also, un-modded Civic races pay out 5000 credits, nice in the beginning.

Toyota Soarer VVt-i?

tuned it to 318hp and raced in the Grand Touring Car Trophy on Red Rock Valley.I came in first, beating the Camaro SS by 2.5 seconds. This car handles great, but feels a bit heavy. all in all, its a great looking car with performance to match 👍

MGF 1.8ivvc

80/100
Reasonable car, it handles well, great looking, but 2 problems, but it has low hp (244 hp is the maximum!?!? :), and it is a little heavy (1110 kg!?!:odd: :), it isn't a good choice for a car, buy a Toyota Sprinter Trueno Gtapex '85, has a good looking, awesome handle, good hp (260 hp at maximum, but for a 1600cc!?!?!), and it has 925 kg, is a motor of a RX 7 FD, in Kart.;)

Mazda Cosmo type-E CCS '94 ?

decent lux model, bet i'd rather have a Bimmer:P

it feels really long in length, so it takes a while to get through the turns:rolleyes:
good power, but needs a lot of tuning for the turn-ins :banghead:
One of my favorites.........

'96 Nissan 240sx SE:mischievous:

I like it so, 85/100. Takes a bit of work to get the handling right, but once that is sorted out, it makes a uselfull racer. I keep mine at about 330hp, and it makes a good racer against the Sileighty. For my money, better then an equally powered skyline (except the GTS-R '87 :D )

Prelude 2.2 VTEC '91?

I had ride it one time in Gran turismo, I think it isn't very different to Gran turismo 2. 87/100. That car has good handling, the rear of car is cool, the front isn't so cool, but, isn't he little heavy? I think it is a little heavy, do a weight redution and the problem will be finish. The car needs a more powerful motor, but it is reasonable.

Nissan Skyline Calsonic '99?

Nissan Skyline Calsonic '99?

Has the insane ability to drive fast, fast, and faster. One of those cars in which you can continue to beat your lap time over and over again. Somehow, a little more poised than the Unisia Jecs (oversteers) and the Pennzoil (understeers). However, the only way not to make mincemeat of your Ai competition is to use sim tires...but it looks mean, and I'll have to give it 90/100, because it's not that much fun to drive after awhile.

Who's tried the Mugen Integra?

Mugen Integra

85/100

I really like this car, and have it at about 338hp. A very neutral handler, pretty fast in a staright line and doesnt look too bad. Faster then the Mugen Civic with similar HP. In fact i find it so good for its class that it is a bit boring to drive. Still a must have in the garage.

Nissan Primera '90?

I drove that car in gran turismo 1, but that shouldn't be very different to Gran turismo 2. This car cause has very understeering, but with some settings, it will be good, 324 hp at maximum, and 930 at minimum wheight, not bad. 80/100

Mercedes CLK 320 Sport?

30/100

Its quick, but not my type. I wish is had a modification to it. But otherwise, its a bulky car and with alot of power. You don't need it.

Now, RUF BTR. (either one if theirs 2)

First time I drove it I forgot it was RR so I ended up in the gutter.

Fun car, especially because it takes Ruf´s drivability to a new level with only 2wd and brings some fresh air to the 4wd standard. Power levels are only slighty lower after modification, besides I love the classic lines.

Only bad thing, if I´m not mistaken, is the 5 speed gearbox.

Lotus Europa

55/100

Relatively fast in a straight line, but terribly loose rear end and skittish handling make it one to miss (for me). Looks like a pick-up from some angles.

Rx7 '83?

3.7 / 100

I drove the '83 RX-7 once, and I thought it was a useless peice of ****. No use for it and it was taking space up in my garage, so I sold it.

Toyota 2000GT

75 / 100

i dont care much about the performance of this car, its a rare classic so i love it (i assume your talking about the classic 2000gt and not a TRD SW20 MR2 which i think they call 2000GT)

1996 R33 Skyline GTS25T M spec

80/100

GTS25 is 2wd Skyline if I am thinking of the correct model. I prefer it to the 4wd variety. Is slightly lighter, and handling is easily mended with a few tweaks. Certainly no class leader, but an entertaining ride nevertheless.

S3?

Thanks man. I was hopping someone would trash that Europa. No aero adjustements in that thing put together with stock form featuring only HP increase to 210 as modifications is a recipie for disaster.

That s3 is a solid car, so solid it gets boring, the driving is too dull and the car seems a little slow for its HP. Nice lines though, and I like the imola yellow. I give it 68/100

Tom´s angel T01

Audi S3: 70/100

More powerful, but heavier than the Audi A3. Okay, if you want something different, but I prefer the A3 because it understeers less.

I hate the ugly Europa. I never could set it up right. 20/100.

Angel T01: 70/100
Seriously lacking in power...244 just isn't enough, and the Tommy Kaira ZZ-S/ZZ III looks better, performs better as well.

Um....Aristo V300 '97?

I drove that car to see how is 22 hp in a car. I drove that car in stock. Aceleration is really low, but the handling was good. Let me see:rolleyes: , 35/100

TVR Griffith Blackpool B340?
