fine heres the rating. whopping 85/100

Why? because its the ultimate 4 door toy. You can thrash this thing around and will never get out of control. It handles amazing, i think it is one of the best handling 4 door cars[THE best actually]. If you thought the STi 4 door was fast, then you better give this one a try. Really can feel that power coming on 3rd gear. Launches PERFECTLY, almost no wheel spin at all! AMAZING!

next: 22B!!!!

I give the Nissan Pulsar an 75/100 I liked that car a lot, It would be extremly nice if it was about 500 pounds lighter, I thought it was a bit to heavy!

What about the Nissan C-Class Touring car?

the engine revs decently. it has enough power to have fun in, and you can still push the limits on this car in stock form. it has a great powerband, the power comes on at around 4500-5000. Its actually a very awesome car. Transmission doesn't lag. On the track, its fun and aggressive, but the fwd does tend to show [especially with sim tires]. That said, its a bargain for beginners, but it still underperforms mazda miatas.

75/100
next = TVR Griffith Blackpool [4.3??]

Venturi Atlantique Bi-Turbo 300GT: 90/100

This car is easy to drive in sock form, but once you add more power, it's not so easy. It really requires a good bit of patience and skill to power out of the tight stuff, or you'll spin this bad boy around. But aside from that, there aren't too many 210-hp cars that can be tuned to take on the best race cars in the game. You can mod it to 634hp, an lighten it quite a bit. It's also quirky because it's the only MR car that can benefit from the Carbon Fiber Driveshaft upgrade. There's also no race mod, but this car is beautiful all by itself, so you'll (hopefully) forget all about Ferrari once you get the hang of this car!

I think we've gone over every car by now...except the Mugen Accord Wagon?

79/100

The Mugen Accord Wagon is a moderate car. Nothing special comes from this front wheel drive wagon. It can be tuned to produce some extra power, but that is about it.

hmmm...

Plymouth Superbird? (I KNOW no one has rated this monster yet)

Ooh i got lots to say about this beast.

Its the size of a whale, and it sure shows during driving. Lets start with the handling characteristics.
For someone used to nimble handling, this would be a nightmare. The turn in is alright, but once you get into the corner, you notice the rear end is not following where your directing, but pushing the car into understeer. The wheelbase on this car is extremely long, and riding on small wheels doesnt help lots either. But for someone used to muscle car handling, its pretty good. Also, if you are an expert with corner apexes, entrance and exits (like me hehe) you can make it corner well and exit at very very fast speeds. Simply, this thing handles like a boat.
Now for the power. The engine is a masterpiece. If anything, listen to the engine lots cuz it sounds amazing. The torque kicks right in around 2000 rpm and believe me, this car launches like crazy. But with lots of torque comes lots of wheel spin, but the tall 1st gear keeps it from hitting the rev limiter wen spinning. I can exit corners on 3rd gear when i have to exit on 2nd with other cars because the torque on this thing is phenomenol. Oh it doesnt just pull too. This car is FAST. Fast on straights that is. Whenever you hit a straight, watch the speed fly. Until you hit 4rth gear rev limiter. Thats the bad side, only 4 gears so it tops at around 136-140mph. and does that easily. Also for you rev craving guys, this engine starts bogging at 6000 rpm. Make sure to shift before then so you get max. powerband usage.
Appearance wise, i love it. Others may hate it, but i love the way this car looks.

I will rate it a 85/100 because i love it! But competition wise probably only 75/100 due to it being hard to drive good on the track unless fully customize the suspension....

It is like driving a block I love it ,tests the driving skills to the max,GT-2 still rules there is alot worse in the game but got to love the older rides.80/100

Hybrid???????????

Better called the FrankenTaurus, this car has a small V-8 under the hood! With this beastly engine transplant, you would think this car would be a fast RWD euro-killer. Unfortunately, it still uses the front transaxle, and the V-8 does not have as much power as you would want it to have. It drives average for a FWD car, but does not take to tuning kindly. You can just squeeze 370 HP out of it with max tuning. There is one thing this car has that is way cool for some. When you place the racing mod, you get your Taurus magically transformed into a lookalike NASCAR! Unfortunately, you still have that 370 HP FWD V-8 powertrain. It performs OK for a FWD, but it has "easter egg value" that few other cars have.

Rating: 84/100

I guess its nice if you dont expect it to perform as a 700hp stock car as it SHOULD be.....but itll pretty much take on anything in its class, that is 394hp FWD.......or RWD too!!! But i love this car in race mod mode......without the racing muff, it even friggin sounds like a nascar! And you can easily do front wheel peels too!

for next i wana see a review on box stock jagular XKR. i really feel its a shtty car except reputation brings it up.

Yes sir. The Jagular XKR (as you call it. ha haa) is packed full of all kind of goodies on the inside...creature comforts we'll never get to enjoy; hence, it is heavy as ****. First off-you should never have to force drifts in a Jaguar (any of them)...they are tail-happy, oversteering cars, and with stock or sports tires, they will plow (understeer) as well. It comes with 369 quoted horsepower, and some folks will be happy to know that it's really rated at 400hp by the track's dyno. Even though it oversteers, it has lots of traction once you get it straightened out, and you'll rarely see wheel-smoke or spinning tires until the car has at least 500 hp under the hood. Problem is, all that weight will make it hard to keep steady. Even with full weight-reductions, you gotta be careful!

The stock tranny is a big issue as well: It's geared tall. You'll never need 5th gear during racing and the tall gearing makes the acceleration seem bland, even though the JAg gets to 60 mph from a standing start in 5 seconds. It does the ¼ mile in just 13.48 seconds by my testing (and that's without dropping the clutch) and has a top speed of almost 180 mph around the test track before the engine is modified. Not bad, but it just doesn't seem all that exciting.

Some nice things: The car is sexy and the 4 liter DOHC V8 engine sounds sweet, tho it could use more of a 'growl'.

I give it a 29 out of 100. Sorry, Jaguar. :(

thnx for the review parnelli. yea i agree...that engine noise ANNOYS me rather than satisfy me wenever i throttle the engine. And it suppose to be a V8........just goes to show brits dont know how to make a 'politically correct' V8.

BTW.....the concept car LM has been reviewd before..i think?

Dude, I think they've all been reviewed by now! this is the thread that never dies. †

I think the Jag V8 sounds good. It's politically correct, true-but to me it sounds way better than some other cars that are supposed to be V8s. Like the GT1 TVRs. I swear they must have sampled a 6-cylinder engine instead of a V8 for the Griffith and that other TVR. Also, the GT2 Ford Mustang GT sounds pretty weak...not at all like a real Mustang. GT2 almost makes it sounds like a big 4-cylinder.

So I guess the next car is that Concept Car LM...I'd do a review on it but I've never raced it.

Yea.....the mustang GT with racing muff does make it sound like the V6 with flowmaster exhaust. I think the stock exhaust is pretty nice. What sounds rude and crude is the racing muff on the SVT Cobra and Corvettes. Haha......this threads suppose to review cars. Well, i think one car that hasnt been reviewd is.....................................................uuuuuh............

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....

how bout the 91 CRX Si?

Just so happens that I raced this one the other day.

I raced it in the B-license National races at Deep Forest, Rome, and Trail Mountain pretty much stock. Stock suspension, tires, drivetrain..etc. The only mods I gave the CRX was stage 1 weight reduction, Port & polish, engine balancing to help even up the competition.

What surprised me was how crappy this car handles! I really expected much better from this Civic. I mean, LOTS of understeer of all types: It plowed into the corners-pushing past the AI...and then it also plowed out of them like a farmer trying to plant seed! Once I got used to it, I actually managed to win all 3 races-but they were all close.

Real-life CRX's from this year have a 64/36 % weight split (front to rear) which is why it drove so bad. All that weight up front helps the braking, tho. Also, the car bounces around a lot-probly due to its light weight. Sport suspension & tires will help this hatchback immensely! Some good things about it: It's CHEAP! Which means a beginner can modify it easily. It's easy for a beginner to drive once it's been dialed in.

So anyways..I'll give it a 35 out of 100.
