5/10, good voice, but I hate smoking.

I found this cover just as good, if not better than the original in some areas.

8.5/10 - All 1.5 taken because it's not the original. Panic! at the Disco is one of my favorite bands (or techincally solo acts right now), and the cover was pretty much perfect, but nothing will ever be the original.

7/10 I like my alternative music to be upbeat, this is not that. That being said, it's not bad, it's just not something I'd set out to listen to.

NSFW language indeed.

Hm, it's alright. Mean-spirited break-up songs are a dime a dozen, and this one wasn't anything particularly special or different. I'm not huge on country, either... so that doesn't help it any. I give it a B-

Ehh, not really feeling it. I was thinking it was nearly "worst video game music" thread material until it modestly improved at around the 1:30 mark . C-

Since the guy above didn't post a song, I'll do jus1029's.
Meh. The singing isn't very good, but the background music is good. 4/10.

About as annoying as I'd expect from a modern pop song used in a Summer/Christmas (I don't care to really know, but one of those is a safe bet) blockbuster--I'm astonished I was able to sit through it. 1/10.

Never heard of this Nick Cave fellow, but song was quite good. A-

And since nobody rated @GranTurismo916's song (Which does work for me. Maybe a region lock thing?), I gave it a listen too.

Didn't entirely work for me, but overall it was solid and fairly interesting. B+

Rap? I know autocorrect can be a bitch, but how'd it get to that from "J-pop with very mild hip-hop flavor"?

Anyway... D+. I do not like country music, and that one has particularly dumb lyrics. Melody is serviceable though.

5/10. Not prog enough for me, gimme some Porcupine Tree...

By the way, that's a Nick Cave song. ;)

6/10. I haven't listened to any White Zombie in a couple decades, wow.

It's also worth mentioning that "country" is a very broad term as most any general musical genre. I absolutely loathe new country, as it's either bad rock or bad pop with a twang, but I love some Townes Van Zandt, Waylon Jennings, Hank Thompson, Willie Nelson, David Allan Coe, George Jones and even some Conway Twitty if I'm into the sequins and fringe at the moment. Johnny Cash is a given.

B+. Good but not quite as much to my liking as that previous Nick Cave song I rated.

I see a lot of Nick Cave around here, but he is not bad. 7/10...

Oops, I see someone just posted while I was writing this.

Strip the Soul, never heard of them. Listening...

Ok, Strip The Soul - Porcupine Tree, 6/10. Not annoying, but nothing worth putting on my playlist.

From ELO, back when they were the Electric Light Orchestra. Listen until the end. It changes completely.

It did changed in the end. Not bad. 7/10.

I already posted Cult Of Personality before until I found the '07 version of it and it's different to the original.
