Ones like the Audi Quattro one no, same with the speed trap ones if I need to get a better speed.
I thought you could use the replay cam when you use rewind, Race or Freeroam.Questions about Replay and Drone Mode.
If I understand this correctly, the Replay camera will only work if you enter a race right? But when you are in FREEROAM and just cruising around, there is no Replay camera to watch all the places you have just driven to right?
About the Drone Mode. Can I use the Drone camera and put it in a certain area on the map and than drive my car to the location where I put the Drone camera at and start recording me driving around in my car? Or do I need to drive to that location first and than use the Drone camera to where my car is located on the map?
It would be great if the Replay feature is the same as Forza 6.
How about you be nice? There's absolutely no reason to be like that, pal. It's becoming more and more clear ExoticMachines is a troll.
He continues to ask extremely basic questions about the game, even weeks after release.
Would be better to just stop replying, because it's no longer amusing to watch someone ask "how do I change cars"
Even if you are that incompetent, which is hard to believe, there comes a time when you have to stop asking for help and figure it out for yourself. Read the instructions on screen, hit buttons, figure it out.

Assuming I am reading your post correctly:I never said I did not know how to change a car. I said when I am sitting at the Byron Festival location, how do I enter the Byron Festival race. On the screen, at the Byron Festival, it has the letter "X" on the screen. When I hit the letter "X", I thought I was entering the Byron Festival. Instead, the game asked me to change my existing car. When I hit the letter "X" again to enter the Byron Festival race, the game asked me to pick another different car. So now I am stuck sitting at the Byron Bay Festival with nothing to do.
Why return the game? In the grand scheme of things, the replay isn't that important. This is about the Replay feature.
When you are in Freeroam mode (not in a race mode), you can use the Rewind button "Y" up to only 7 times. After you use the Rewind button 7 times, you now can use the Replay feature to watch you car in action. The bad news is that with limited to 7 times Rewind button usage, it is only about 1 minute of watching your car in action.
So now I am returning this game because I thought it had a nice Replay feature in the Freeroam mode. Replay feature was my number one reason to see if I will keep this game. I did not buy this game to race, I am more of a car enthusiast than a racing enthusiast and like to see my favorite cars in motion. Unless they decided to implement a better and longer Replay feature in the Freeroam mode.
Honestly, I find it surprising that there's people getting confused on how to play this, it felt straight forward to me. I drive up to a race, hit x and if my car doesn't qualify for a race; the game gives me an option to switch cars. The menus tell me exactly which is which.

You can also use Photo Mode to capture pictures of your cars in action. For many users like yourself, it isn't that important. But to me, it is the most important. I just bought the game to watch all my favorite cars in action like Forza 6 and DriveClub and the upcoming GT Sport in 2017.
It's too bad because I really like the graphics and fantastic cars in this game. I feel bad because I have to return the game now. I am not much of a racer. I just like to cruise around and use the Replay feature to watch all the places I went.![]()
That's strange, the game just asks me to pick the car I want and then I could jump in the race after selecting it, then I don't get asked to pick a car again until I enter the next event. In which, I just pick the same car as before or pick a different car if I want to drive something else. The game should be allowing you to race right after you pick a car. That is the confusing part. I switched to a qualify car but when I am done, the game asked me to do the switch again! I was switching to a qualifying cars like 20 times and the game never let me go anywhere.
Assuming I am reading your post correctly:
The Festival Hub itself isn't a "race", it's your Garage, the Autoshow and Auction House.

The [H] icon indicates that it is a Festival Hub. Races use smaller icons and are dotted all over the map; they do not appear at Festival Hubs.
That's how it should work; if you're having a different experience then there's not much I can help you with as your game may be bugged. If it is I recommend deleting your save file and starting over.

Either you're doing something wrong or you copy is glitched.
The replay mode in Horizon is identical to Forza 6. Finish race, watch replay. You surely can't have expected it to have a replay for free roaming considering how long you could be driving for.
Simple, there isn't an order, you pick whatever race you want and then you gain more fans in order to level up the festival when you complete the race. In which, leads to leveling up festivals. But how do I know which races to enter in order to Level in the Byron Bay Festival?
I'm still a bit surprised that you're waiting to do a race. Um, can you show me what you're doing when you select a race? I just really want to make sure it's the game first.ok, than there is something wrong my game disc for the Xbox One. Because after I picked the car I want, it does not let me enter any race. The car just sit there and doing nothing. Yesterday I let the car sat there for like 30 minutes to see if it will start the race.
The issue happened in Horizon 2 as well. For $60 for the game, it should let me watch my favorite Replay in Freeroam for unlimited time. LOL!
No, unlimited time is unreasonable but at least 1 or 2 hours or Replay video in Freeroam. Right now, you only get 1 minute in Freeroam is just wrong.
After reading the last replies, I'm agreeing with this sans the the troll comment. It's becoming more and more clear ExoticMachines is a troll.

Let me explain the design choice this way:
You can either
Think about how big the map is in Horizon 3. There is no chance in hell that the devs would be able to work all of that into a one-hour replay.
- Allow for unlimited replay time, but slow the game to an almost unplayable state.
- Allow for 1-2 minutes of replay and full race replay and not compromise the hardware capability.
You can also access different camera angles in the replay menu!I got a chance just now to watch a Replay of a race and thought it looked pretty nice but not as nice as the Forza 6 replay feature though. And it is longer than a minute which I like.
So I have decided to keep the game and just enjoy watching all the race Replays. Maybe in the future, they can create a Replay for the Freeroam mode.

Also, I should note that were not allowed to post more than one comment in a row. Just edit your post if you have more than one thing to say.

Wanting to return it because you can't access the replay mode for more than a minute or whatever in Freeroam is one thing, but the questions asked are another. Now you're asking how do you level up a Festival? You gain fans to do that through almost everything you do in the game; it says it in the top corner of menu half the time how close you are to the next expansion/showcase.
C'mon, the game is nowhere near this difficult to understand.
I've never touched a Horizon game until now and I've had literally zero problems understanding the menu and event structure. If anything I've only been slightly miffed by the game not telling me where I could buy cars. That's minor though.
No other open-world game does this, be it on consoles or PC (as far as I know). There's probably a reason for that. No, unlimited time is unreasonable but at least 1 or 2 hours or Replay video in Freeroam. Right now, you only get 1 minute in Freeroam is just wrong.
