I'd love an old school Hot-Rod Roadster.
Yes! I love roadsters! This would be a very cool addition that I think Playground could potentially do justice to. I imagine there won't be a hundred million different ways to make them like real life, but I'd hope there would be enough to make each one personalized.

After some research around the world of toy cars and stackable plastic bricks, i have come to the conclusion that THIS is what they're talking about when saying it's ''something never seen before in a Horizon game.'' :

Or it could also be the nuclear car-thing from Fallout 4.

As much as I enjoy the truck in FM6, I hope that's not what they're talking about. The race cars are already out of place in the game, not to mention outgunned on anything but the tightest circuits. The truck would fair even worse.

1. I like the idea of motorcycles in Horizon, especially if there were a variety and not just the latest CBGSXYZFZX-R10x³ supersport. Cruisers, bobbers, cafe racers, scramblers, adventure bikes, baggers, tourers, motards, they're all different ways to have fun on motorcycles.

2. I would love a big Tatra or Kamaz Dakar Rally truck in this game. The photos I could get bouncing over the dunes in the outback would be worth it.

They won't bring back the Merc Race Truck from FM6, but I do think a Dakar style race truck is highly likely.

Or, the first expansion pack is released during November and will feature snow (which I'm certain we will see at some stage), which hasn't been seen before in a Horizon game. For the Storm Island and Rally expansions for FH and FH2, they were both released mid December, but since this game was released earlier than those two, I can see the first expansion being released earlier this time around too.

The problem with bikes is trying to get a 2-wheel physics engine working alongside the one for 3/4 wheelers without splitting it into a separate thing, so I have doubts that bikes will be coming.

Surely it was an arcade racer, but PGR4 did that. Also, GT HD and The Crew. So, it's not an impossible task as I've seen others claiming on these forums.

I'd say Forza is running on a more complex physics engine then both PGR4 and The Crew. It might not be impossible, but I'd say it would be extremely hard work on the system to be able to make it work.

Admittedly, I have absolutely no clue. I'm just basing the possibility of bikes in FH3 of what other games in the genre have done.

There's nothing from the Motorsport side I can think of that would be worthy of building hype though.
That won't stop T10/PG and Microsoft anyone these days from trying to sell it as the best thing since sliced bread.

It won't be motorcycles, that's for sure. That's the sort of thing that either makes for a big selling point for the next game in the franchise or comes as part of an expensive expansion.

So, yeah, I'm pretty sure it's a carry-over from the Motorsport games.

I hope that's a hint specifically about a car in the car pack, and not about FRC Season 2 coming to Horizon...

FRC won't come to Horizon for a number of reasons, the key one being that there is no way to spectate or save Replays of Multiplayer races.

I guess we'll get one of the two Hot Wheels cars - probably the Bone Shaker. It's nothing that has ever been in a Horizon game before, its insanity will make for good sales and plenty of coverage on YouTube and it's a carry-over from FM6

Back on it tonight after not playing since Monday because of work, looking forward to it 👍

I finally have a full GTP lineup as I signed @RacingPanda last night.

@Oso Actual has some work to do.

Very true.

With that in mind, I wonder if mods may be jumping over. I was kind of surprised to see them missing from the game considering it seems like they would fit a little better in the Horizon world.

@RacingPanda , let's talk about those earnings a little bit? :D
On the very first day of its early Ultimate Edition release (Thursday evening here in Germany, thanks to buying the game "in Singapore" :D), there was a bug that would give you 999,999,999Cr. in a wheelspin. They've reset my account balance ... but they haven't reset the stats.

I genuinely believe it'll be a motorbike, with the first expansion being a full pack of them.
Motorcycles would require an entirely new physics and handling engine. Not to mention new animations and all sorts of other things. They might make a Forza Motorcycle stand-alone franchise, or as an expansion for Forza 7. But I'll eat my hat if they add one to Horizon 3, especially if it's only 1 bike.
A quad is much more likely because they could use the newly developed 'extreme short wheelbase' handling files they've figured out for H3. A hovercar is more likely than a motorcycle. It could also be a Piaggio Ape based Tuk Tuk.

But I'll put my money on it being a Dakar truck like a Kamaz, Tatra, or a MAN.

I'm a little puzzled at the moment...

Does the game/Keira still recommend you any potential Drivatar recruits after you've upgraded all festival locations to level 5? I haven't gotten any recommendations in a few days since upgrading my final festival.

There's always the possibility they planned on motorcycles from the beginning and just held off on putting them in the retail game. In fact whatever the expansion packs end up being were more than likely developed along side the main game anyways.

Yes, it's random though and seems like it's either feast or famine.
