Not uncapped, but it'll do 60FPS.

Goodbye Xbox One. Its been ok at 30fps.

Question about Win10 version, is an Xbox account required like with FM6:Apex?

At this point we dont know what their plan is.

I assume they will do the exact same pricing for Win10 UWP as the Xbox so of course, you need an account.

I'm not sure if they will release a physical Windows 10 disc. This could be problematic if its only a downloadable game on the Windows store as you can expect a 69 euro or 69 pound sterling game for eternity.

I buy all my games on disc and if the price of 60fps on Windows is a full priced game download....

Although I'm not the biggest fan of Bathurst, I'm hoping it's in so I don't have to wait a year to try some of the new supercars on a track.

Can't wait to finally experience the full-fat Forza experience on PC. Was on the fence on buying an Xbox One because its just one game, but when Apex came, its a godsend since I already have a PC.

If its anything as Apex, FH3 on PC should have a smooth launch. Still pissed that we can't use FRAPS or Shadowplay on Windows Apps.

Not sure where to post this interview. So Fulton confirms Drone mode (Slap Train tweeted this earlier) and a number of other questions asked (no new Tuning options).

Dan G gives a nice monologue at the end about the future of Forza. Talks about E-Sports and how Forza Racing Championship will be a big part of that. Really nicely done Q and A. Much rather this than twitch AR12 stuff but I guess that's popular and they got a lot of viewers doing it so can't really argue with that.

Excellent, was waiting for this interview to come up.

Make it happen, PG.

back in the old forza days, when I wanted to gift a million to a friend of mine, I'd ask him to put up an auction with his cheapest car for 1 mil.
also if I wanted to pass an expensive/tuned car to him, I'd have him on party chat and setup an auction with the car so he'd be the first to grab it.

I think that with storefront and auctionhouse back, almost all bases are covered

Call me dumb but I would buy this just for that drone mode. I'll love to record clips and later edit them on my PC to make fake trailers and stuff like that. Hopefully they'll add this feature later onto the Motorsport franchise.

Man, Dan always looks super-tired at E3.

Drone Mode sounds like something close to what people have been asking for in terms of a Director Mode. I'm very curious about the controls it will have: will our car continue to drive around (via Drivatar)? Do we rely on the XB1's native recording, or are there in-game features? How high up can we go? Does it function during online free-roam (so can we finally record that in some way)?

So many questions.

When gifting was a feature you had the advantage of sending your content "unlocked" so that others can edit it. This was big for tunes and layer groups in particular. Right now everybody has to spend more time making logos than liveries, as the painting community can't create a database.

Auctions don't provide that, anything you used to download from them was locked and by attempting to make changes you'd delete the tune/livery from the car.

It's an easy workaround to sending CR to people yes, but it's not native support.

what you refer to is "collaboration", where two artists get together and work on a specific car livery, yes?
there is already a way to make this work, and that is to create a new gamertag in your console (that now has all benefits like your main gt, at zero cost), and pass the gt details to the artist you want to collaborate with.
the reason the "unlocked" functionality was removed was eventually someone found a way to use this unlock switch in locked liveries. liveries where duped and transformed and sold without the consent of creator. many artists where very pissed if you remember. so with this workaround, you loose all risk and still get to do collabos if you want to.
maybe in the future they'll find a way that they;ll feel will be theft-proof. for now this is a way to cirqumvent.
now, the best logos iirc where never sold "open" anyways.

if blueprint function works in reality as well as in our imagination :D , then yes of course it would be more than cool.
I guess they will demo blueprint as time goes on. fingers crossed it becomes horizon's goldmine

I'll be looking to preorder around a month or so before release as there's no huge rush for me at the moment.

I might, MIGHT look at stepping up to the digital Deluxe Edition and just get the Car Pass later as I'm not really fussed about the Early Access that the Ultimate Edition offers.

If you're interested in the car pass, then you might as well get the Ultimate, to be honest. I think the car pass is usually around $30 USD and with the base game coming out to just about $65USD after taxes, it makes for the best option as you aren't really spending too much more since the Ultimate is $100 USD. I think it's just about 5 bucks extra, so the vip and the extras alone should be worth that.

I'm not sure how the money translates, and the differing prices for different countries, so take that into consideration.
