@willbsn13 Just saw your video on Reddit about debug camera options. I was wondering, could you take a look at the Drivatars options? I'm curious as to how exactly a Drivatars is supposed to be able to mimic the driving habits of real players, as Turn 10's marketing claims it does.

Has anyone else had a problem with being gifted a Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo and not being able to use it? Error message comes up saying "Failed to download marketplace data."

According to the official forums, they gifted a DLC car to everyone, one that many people haven't bought an unlock key for :dunce:

I had no issues getting the Lambo. Mainly because I have the Ultimate with the race car pack.

So I've had the game for a few days now. And I must say, I haven't seen a racing game of such polished quality and packed full with content like this in years.

This Horizon title in particular is worthy of all the awards and critical acclaim it's been getting - and then some. Can't say it enough, this game is simply brilliant.

Kudos to Playground Studios! (and Turn10?)
 
Hi guys, have a prob with the design editor. Example: i wanna have a number on my car, i find the right position and wanna change how big the number should be or find the right angle. if i go for bigger with left stick and after i hold the stick in the middle, the editor dont stop and let the number bigger and bigger, same issue with the angle. i just can stop this if i push the left stick. Is that a bug or is it normal?

Hope you understand my Prob....i cant use the editor on that state...

Just use the directional pad if the problem persists. Sounds like a controller bug.
 
Turn 10 sent a Community Message:

Recently we sent players the Lamborghini #63 Squadra Corse Huracan LP620-2 Super Trofeo, which is part of the Motorsport All-Stars Car Pack. As a result, players who do not own the DLC pack (like me) saw an error message when trying to download the car. We apologize for this inconvenience and, as a thank you for patience, we are gifting the Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV Horizon Edition to all players.

So, now I have two Countaches...

EDIT:
Bought the car pack, thinking that I wasted $10 for a pack that would only work for the Deluxe and Ultimate versions of the game, but turns out it works for the Standard Edition, too :)

Has anyone worked out how to imported layer groups that you've created from previous titles?

There should be a tab when you go into My Designs for layer groups you made in other Forza titles. I don't use it because I have no designs from Forza 6 or Horizon 2.

At least they acknowledged the problem, however, it doesn't help that we can't get rid of the Huracan....

Doesn't help after the problem they had with the Subaru rally car Forzathon. That almost feels like a slap in the face, promising to bring it back. But now only for one day.
 
One thing's for sure, I'm definitely getting the 599XX (still wish it was the Evoluzione) and Lola this time (and maybe the Subaru).

Well, PG made it much easier to win the #75 WRX this time around. That seems to be their version of an apology for forcing players to run over 10 Rally Monster races to (not) win it the first time around...

As for the Lola challenge, called it. Something involving Barn Find cars, and Barn Find cars they are. I just hope my XBox Live subscription can be renewed by then, because otherwise I'll be missing out on the best prize of them all...

Maybe more fun at times but not necessarily more rewarding. Forzathon rewards tend be disproportionate to the effort required to get them. Same can be said for GT6 but it's way more generous with the credits. Playing FH3 the way I want is in my experience a faster and more satisfying way to be rewarded. Also, the most unique cars to be obtained from Forzathon are typically tied to online events, which means they require Live Gold membership, so not even a consideration for someone who otherwise doesn't care about multiplayer.
