Request to Thread-Starters

Just a little suggestion/request to everyone who ends up making a mega-thread (YSSMAN, Philly, and exigeracer, to name a few from looking at the first page), I think it would be good to start updating the titles and first posts when there is new news. For example, in the Zeta thread the title was updated when production has apparently started. However, to actually find that part of the thread I had to go back 3-4 pages from the newest one. I know a lot of you do follow the threads completely, but for others who just want to see certain updates it would be very helpful to have the post number of the update in the title. Using the first post as sort of an index would be even better to be able to jump to any bit of news within the topic, but I understand that takes considerably more effort than just putting a number in the title.

So if you guys could start doing at least part of that I and I'm sure many others would appreciate it greatly. :tup:

I definitely see where you're coming from. Although perhaps just putting a post number or page number of the most recent update could be the most efficient way to go about this. I'll try to start keeping my threads more up to date.

Post number would be better because how many people have changed the posts per page in their CP. I've got 100 posts per page so a page number might not work if you have the default set.

I think it would be unreasonable to expect you to go through such a lage thread to take note of all the important news posts. If you just start noting anything new from now then I'm sure that will be more than helpfull for people.
