Honestly? Mercenaries Mode looks better than I had hoped.

I doubt it will match Resi 3's Mercs mode in terms of frights (just because of Nemesis), but the lack of ammo will make things interesting.
 
Retailer Breaks Resident Evil 6 (PS3) Street Date A Month Early.

The version being sold by the retailer featured German packaging, while the game itself entails English language for the audio, which is accompanied by selectable Polish subtitles.

Resident Evil 6's disk, box, manual, as seen above, were shown by the website to back up its claim.

Capcom recently announced that Resident Evil 6 had gone gold, but having the game go on sale, albeit in one retailer, a week later must be hard to bear. The publisher commented on the report by acknowledging its existence, but later said they "don't comment on rumour or speculation".

Resident Evil 6 will officially go on sale worldwide come October 2, 2012.

Yes it's true Resident Evil 6 is available in Poland. Game is ready and wait in stores for October 2 when people get back from their summer holidays and sells will be higher. That's why you can go and buy your copy now.

Game is now available on ebay for 1500$ some guy is trying to find a deer :)

Wow the game is finished and boxed up already.
Why are they not releasing now.
It's a bit of a barren spell on console ATM. Surely thy would gain a few more sales.
October sees quite a few high profile titles all competing with each other.

Must be a financial quarter thing for the bean counters. Crazy.

Hope there's no game braking glitches in there. They will look a bit silly lol.

New Resident Evil 6 demo spreads to PSN/XBL on September 18

Capcom is pleased to confirm that from September 18, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 owners will be able to download a new Resident Evil 6 demo from Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Store. The new demo features completely different content to that contained in the previously released Resident Evil 6 demo exclusive to owners of the Xbox 360 version of Dragon's Dogma.

Players will be able to dive into content from Resident Evil 6's three main campaigns, either solo or partnering up via online co-op, and experience firsthand why it is one of this year's most hotly anticipated titles.
 
I have been avoiding all videos for a long time. But this reminds me, I really need to pre-order this because it already comes out in a few weeks.
 
Resident Evil 6 Gets Post-Launch DLC, Details Revealed

Today, Capcom announced that their upcoming horror-action title Resident Evil 6 will be receiving post-launch DLC. These DLC packs will expand further on the multiplayer aspect of the title by adding new three brand new modes.

All modes will support up to 6 players and will be using maps found in Mercenary Mode

Survivors Mode - Takes the classic solo- and team-based versus mode and adds a twist. Get killed and you respawn as an enemy character with the ability to attack the human characters. Take down two human characters to resurrect in human form. Last man or team standing wins.

Predator Mode - As one player takes on the role of the Ustanak, the fearsome B.O.W. that stalks Jake Muller throughout his campaign, and tries to eliminate the human players. The humans’ task: stop the deadly B.O.W. in its tracks, or at least survive until the end of the session.
Choosing the human side in Siege Mode will see players protecting a single NPC, while as a member of the enemy team, players will need to eliminate that same NPC. If the NPC is still alive at the end of the time period, the human team wins.

They did go on to confirm that there will be further DLC including maps, which will be compatible with all modes, as well as other unannounced items. No pricing for the listed packs have been revealed as of yet.

Predator Mode looks interesting, along with Siege Mode. I may actually consider getting that DLC if it looks as good as I hope. They really have been trying to make the online gameplay far more comprehensive this time when compared to the last game.
 
So looking forward to this game. I'm hoping Leon's campaign will give a nod towards to the roots of RE. But nevertheless I'll still enjoy it.
 
Just played the demo. I've only played the Chris and leon's segments so far, but I have to say I'm very impressed. The co op is great and the game is a big step up from five. It may be a little heavy on action, but I had a blast. I'll definitely be picking this up.

Demo is less than a gig too. I'm surprised as I've experienced two thirds of it so far and it's quite lengthy for a demo.
 
Glad to hear you are enjoying the RE6 demo. I loved RE5 so I already have RE6 pre-ordered. I am thinking about avoiding the demo just so the full game is a nice new refreshing experience.
 
Well just finished all three characters and all three plays are very short. Lot of shooting and running through areas filled with enemies. Chris part is so chaotic, but fun with B.O.W crashing the town. WOW :eek: I'm buying this too, i will finish entire game with my psn pal. 👍
 
Short? For a demo that's less than one gb to have three twenty minute segments is impressive IMO. I will most definitely be buying this. My brother in law only speaks Japanese and is a big fan. I'll buy this so we can enjoy the co op experience together.
 
I played the demo and I don't see myself getting this. As Capcom so openly admitted, all the tension is purposfully taken out and the controls are bad. I believe there are simply better shooters out there even though this one might turn out as a decent one. Maybe one day I'll pick up an all inclusive version but, again, there being so many other interesting titles it's not likely. RIP Resident Evil, we had a good run.
 
RE 6 is divided into three categories. Horror with Leon, Action with Chris and a little bit of both With Jake. Maybe you have mixed feelings because all three parts may looks similar to you. Small part of game does not even scratch real surface ill hope.
 
Played demo. I liked it, though RE isn't what is was once, but that was a long time ago...

Everyone who is going to buy RE6 should watch RE: Damnation Bluray, the end credits have lengthy footage from RE6 ( some sort of trailer ). The movie is great, lots of action and is tied in with the story of the game.

She looks very close to someone ....Joan Allen when she was young and a bit more feisty :embarrassed:. The giant men are also great, although Leon is like a god, getting beat up by a giant, and not even a scratch :crazy: This one is more action oriented, the Degeneration was more focused on the suspense and story, but the new 3D CG on the Damnation and the motion capture is top notch, so both are great.
 
I've just watched movie too. And my god the game is to be released just 5 days from now. And we'll be shooting zombies, again. Not Ganados, Not Uroboros, no! Real zombies :)

Game received low and high marks. So one thing is certain it will not be the best score in the history of Resident Evil.
