I just got the game a few days ago, and I'm having a lot of fun with it so far. Haven't come across any huge bugs yet, except that the game seems to crash quite often. One thing that pisses me off are the team races, because my teammate always uses a crappy bike and causes me to lose. I already have the 3rd or 4th best teammate, and they still suck. I've only won 1 team race so far, and I had to go Road Rash on a few of the front running bikes to take them out.

Does anyone else find that the bikes are very easy to stand on their nose, no matter how gentle you are on the brakes?
I find that if I go more gradually before fully pressing down on the brakes it doesn't do that. It also doesn't do that if you start leaning before getting on the brakes. If you start turning before getting on the brakes, you can slam on the brakes fully right away without the rear end lifting off.

Anyone still playing this? I think I'll pop this one in my PS4 again tonight. I really got an itch for it.

I always remember wanting to play, but then after a couple of days I get too fed up with the loading times :P
I guess that there haven't been more bug fixes? Pretty annoying if the Championship bug would still be unresolved...

I think I probably finished about a third to half the races in the game, then I got bored with it and stopped. The races are all kind of the same after a while.

Announcing Ride 2...

Milestone announces RIDE 2, the new chapter in motorcycle simulation that presents many new features for virtual racing fans. RIDE 2 is expected to reach physical and digital stores next autumn 2016 for PlayStation®4, Xbox One®, the all-in-one games and entertainment system, and Windows PC/STEAM.

Exciting game modes, new content, over 200 bikes to tame, an unprecedented level of customisation and new race tracks to explore. All this and much more in the new motorcycle videogame developed by Milestone Studios.

Over 200 bikes though. I only spent $10 on the digital version of the original game and got a few hours out of it before getting bored. I want a Gran Turismo for bikes, and Ride 2 is as close as it's going to get since I doubt we'll ever see a TT2.

Why, Milestone?

I enjoyed my time with RIDE on the PS4 but the support from Milestones has been rather poor. Did they ever manage to fix the corrupt save file bug? Not to mention the loading times.

Either way, I'm expecting minimal improvements.

Not expecting much from this. Ride was rubbish, like most Milestone and motorcycle games really. Keep hoping PD will release another Tourist Trophy, which was great. However, judging by their GT games in recent years it would probably also be rubbish.

I wouldn't say it was rubbish. It was good it just had a few bugs.

They fixed that in the first patch a couple of weeks after release. It's the one and only thing they ever fixed though.

I know they released a patch for but it still occurred for players afterwards. Seems to have been a hit and miss.

I think you had to start a new game first if I remember correctly. I never ran into the savebug again after that patch in zny case.

Sorry, big bump...

Having bought a Predator G3 pc, I thought I'd give RIDE a go on that. Through a combination of graphics options that aren't available to console users, I've managed to reduce a good amount of the choppiness of the console version

It isn't ideal but I'm getting between 45-55 fps which is bearable. I did try capping it at 30fps but that was horrible

The standalone Ducati 90th Anniversary game runs better at the same settings :lol:

Peeps i'd wait for Piboso's ( maker of GP BIkes ) TT racing game on PC/steam.Also TT Isle Of Man : Ride On The Edge might be good too.GP Bikes is in Beta8 stage at the moment.
