Notes :

The Yaris RS Turbo in this build is a moderate modified setup at 450PP, utilizing TRD parts.
Weight distribution at 61/39 with some weight saving employed.

Suspension is based on TRD Street Pack Coilover with Fixed Rate Damper, the spring rate are quite soft but gives good natural balance, with stiffer roll bar to reduce body roll under extreme load.

LSD is based on TRD 1 Way Helical LSD, this ensure good stability and traction even at tight turns.

Gearing remains stock as I felt for the power and speed, the gear ratio spread is quite good with decent top speed. The Yaris RS Turbo TRD is best suited to low to medium speed track.

I tuned and tested at Tsukuba, Red Bull Ring Short, Nurburgring GP/D and Autumn Ring. At Tsukuba, with CS tire, the 450 PP Yaris RS Turbo can easily lap in 1:06s and 1:31s at Autumn Ring.

UPDATE : Fixed toe values :)

The car has been updated with correction in toe values.

Notes :

One of the old replica build from way back in GT5 :) This replica can be used on tarmac, gravel and snow.
The Suzuki Swift RS S1600 ( Super 1600 ) Rally car competed in 2006-1007 in Junior Rally Championship, winning several rally :D

Power official figure 218PS with 1000kg empty weight. The real car has 6 speed sequential box, this is not possible as GT6 only allows 5 speed custom. I have opted to adapt real life rally car ratios from actual after market gear ratio kit sold for Swift. The are 2 options of sets, one for low speed tracks and the other for high speed track.

Suspension comes from Tein HG Custom Built Coilover Kit, spring rate based on lower range rate for gravel and snow. The damper and ARB has been tuned for ease of turning and maintaining slides. Toe out at the rear has been implemented, much like real life, some FF rally car driver prefer 3 - 5 mm toe on each side / wheel rim  for controlled slides easier on lower speed at expense of more demanding high speed corner control.

LSD is tuned for optimum traction on gravel with medium preload. For more looser handling on tarmac, use lower acceleration lock at 24 :)

Tuned and tested at Tsukuba, Toscana and other tracks. Driven at Toscana with dirt tires, it easily lap in 2:00.3xx range. At Tsukuba on Comfort Soft, capable of 1:06s.
That's a awesome tune!

Notes :

The car was built for @teth75, he wanted a full power ZR1 that can be driven hard at the Green Hell :)
With the tune above, the ZR1 at 999HP, 679PP easily managed 1:22s on CS tire at Big Willow Springs. It's very much drivable on comfort soft tires, I would recommend Sports Soft for the car, or Racing Hard tire.

Hopefully someone can make use of the car, if you feel it has too much power, remove the supercharger or all of power upgrades to enjoy stock power car which will make it easier to handle and race :P

Notes :
I made this replica to replicate a what if version of a Nicks Forza Ferrari customer car who wants to do track racing with a Dino 246. The base custom coilover has soft spring rate, yet provides ample improvement over stock Dino suspension. While the stiffer rates are meant for higher speeds of track racing and higher grip tires. The car was tuned and tested both at Tsukuba and Nordschleife.
With 250+HP, the car is quick, agile and very rewarding to drive around the track :D

UPDATE 1.09 : Added Ferrari Alignment Range, revised rear damper extension for more stable rear and better traction from mid to exit. Updated Camber on original setup to 1.0 all around. Added Alternate LSD with more freedom / loose, highly recommended for less experienced driver

This is a very good tune for the Dino. I used this suspension set up & LSD with Sports Hard tyres:

Suspension - NICKS FORZA FERRARI Custom Coilover ( Track Pack ) -
Ferrari Alignment

Alternate LSD for looser handling-Highly RECOMMENDED
LSD - ZF 2 way high preload

I couldn't find any faults with this set up. It's pretty much spot on. Maybe not the fastest car to drive so i added Stage 3 weight reduction (just to try it) & the handling is just as good. The turn in is nice & sharp with no understeer. The rear end sticks to the track on corner exit. I've tried most Dino tunes on here & all seem to have a loose rear end & isn't really suited to my driving style. This one is perfect.
Thanks a lot for recommending it to me :)

Glad the car suits you and drives well :) Thanks to your review, I did some checking on the data I have collected and did some update on the tune, I added another Ferrari alignment ( based on manual and service bulletin ) The old Ferrari alignment was based on owners alignment and I chose to use high toe in ( 5mm total toe in / 0.41 ).

Hopefully the new alignment range with smaller toe in will still drives just as good.

You messin' with perfection, Ridox?! :D ;) I'll have to give it a go with the new alignment. It's ridiculous how well that car drives. Considering some refer to it as the "Not a Ferrari Ferrari Dino", I'm amazed at how well it drives in GT6 with a Replica Tune applied to it. A cookie-cutter? Sure...That wouldn't surprise me. But a Replica tune? You've made magic with this tune, my friend.

The replica is a build made for @YukinoSuzuka, to replicate a car recently bought in real life 1999 Lotus Elise S1 :) This build is aimed to replicate the real car as close as possible while still aiming for more balance handling.

The base Elise Series 1 uses 1.8 Rover K16 Engine with 118HP or 120PS output. For weight, based on research data, the dry weight is 725kg, with distribution at 45/55. There are variety of weight distribution reported from 45/55 to 39/61 to 35/65, depending on the state of the car ( full tank, with driver or later series 2 with Toyota 1.8 2ZZ heavier engine )

For this replica, weight are in 2 version, dry weight ( no fuel ) at 725kg, and full tank of fuel / curb weight at 755kg. The weight distribution are also provided in several flavor, 45/55, 40.1/59.9 and 39/61. I separated these into 4 built specs, all in 118HP base stock power. Dry weight 725kg comes with 2 distribution 45/55 and 39/61, while the full tank of fuel at 755kg has 40.1/59.9 based on Lotues Service Manual. Only the 725kg 39/61 uses the carbon hood ( body color ) part installed, the other specs do not use carbon hood.

Suspension is the next part to build. The real car spring rate is not possible to use in GT6, due to the lowest value in GT6 is too high. I chose to adapt the S2 Elise retrofit enhancement suspension kit for S1 ( Eibach Springs and Bilstein Damper ) The spring rate of this kit only applicable for the front spring in GT6, as the rear spring rate not possible as it has different lower spring ratio. I adapted similar spring ratio of the stock Elise S1 springs. This yield in 4.3kg/mm front spring and 6.25kg/mm rear spring. Maintaining the ratio of the stock Elise S1 while being as low as possible in GT6.

Damper tuning are in 2 version to support 2 different weight distribution. The difference are in rear damper compression and extension. The heavier rear of 39/61 needed more fine tuned setup to help the rear stay planted and better support of the added lateral load. I used 2 sets of suspension setup above, both uses the same Elise factory alignment.

There is a special setup needed for higher grip tire ( sports tire ) on 39/61 distribution. I added optional anti roll bar ( ARB ) setup for 45/55 distribution that can be used for sports tire. The base 3/1 ARB are optimized for comfort tires ( medium and soft ). The sports tire need different stiffness in ARB at the front ( softer at either 1 or 2 ) if wanted less sharper handling. The range of options are 1/1, 2/1, 1/2 or 2/2. Feel free to try them on SH to SS tire to find what suits you best.

For 39/61 suspension setup, a compulsory ARB changes required for sports tire. The comfort medium and soft can use the same 3/1 ARB which tailored to work with the revised rear damper. For SH, SM and SS tires, ARB setup are listed above, SH and SS uses 1/2 ARB, while SM 2/1 ARB with options to use more varied ARB : 1/2 and 2/2.

The stock gear ratio in GT6 is correct for Elise S1 Base model, but I also provides additional transmission setup to replicate the close ratio 5 speed used on Elise S1 111S and Sports 135 model. The differences are minimal, with slightly shorter 2nd and 3rd gear.

For LSD, the base Elise has optional feature of Torsen LSD. The GT6 stock LSD seems to be setup to simulate this with 7/30/15 settings. I used the stock LSD, as I felt it perform quite well. While I also included an alternative LSD setup to reflect real Elise S1 which do not have optional Torsen LSD fitted. The LSD has 5/5/5 settings to simulate as close as possible rear open differential.

The rear aero part is optional, I installed it just for good looks and set at max value - 20.

The tire used as a base is comfort medium, this is also the tire similar to the real life fitted tire as stock. For reference, I used Keiichi Tsuchiya lap record with Elise S1 '96 at Tsukuba, posting 1:09.70 lap. The replica with dry weight 725kg and 45/55 + 39/61 distribution can lap in low 1:09s on comfort medium and stock gearbox.

I tuned and tested the car at Tsukuba and Big Willow Springs. The Elise S1 on 725kg ( 45/55 and 39/61 ), comfort medium and no assist, can lap in 1:09s, similar to the real life lap.

I have provided 2 replay files, both are done at Tsukuba with 725kg dry weight + stock LSD + stock gear ratio, one with 45/55 and another with 39/61 distribution. Both are in low 1:09s.

Highly recommended to drive with 45/55 725kg spec, very nicely balanced from comfort to sports tires.

Enjoy

UPDATE :

Added with correction of the old, full tank weight corrected and another dry weight specs based on Lotus Service Manual.
The Dry weight 40.1/59.9 distribution retains ballast position of the full tank to simulate no fuel distribution changes being reflected.

Added several sets of suspension and alignment for lowered ride height on stock tire ( Pirelli P Zero and Michelin Pilot SX-GT ) + optional ADVAN A038-R tire ( Comfort Soft or Sports Hard in GT6 ) special alignment offered by Lotus. Special rear damper setup for 725kg dry weight 45/55 distribution also added.

The Advan A038-R was recommended fitment for ( Lowered ) MotorSport Suspension Kit with front Dual Rate springs and KONI Damper. Spring rate in GT6 has been adapted from actual rate by maintaining spring ratio as the actual value are not possible for the rear spring.

The stock factory ride height has been corrected at 140mm, with lowered ride height update sets at 100mm/110mm. Lowered alignment are available for both Retrofit + MotorSport springs and ADVAN A038-R specific alignment for both spring rate setup also provided.

There are variety of setups now, feel free to try them and find out which one suits you best for each tire you fit :)

Notes :
This is one of my hardest to make replica, I had to researched everywhere, magazines, forums, and technical docs. The real CS V3 has 200PS base engine in tech specs, but for racing use, it has FIA approved racing exhaust + catalyst and TMG Updated ECU. I decided to use whatever power in GT6 has with racing exhaust + ECU + Catalytic converter. The tire is Pirelli DH slick, but in GT6, racing hard has too much grip, more like DM/DS slick, so I opted for sports medium ( similar to R comp semi slick ) or sports soft ( similar to DH slick IMO ) with optional to use racing hard.

Suspension of the real car is Ohlins TTX36 2 way Racing coilover with main + helper springs. To adapt these springs, I combined both to one spring rate :) The real car uses 2 rear differential option, one stock open diff with 3.727 and torsen LSD with 4.100 ( GT6 stock LSD + gearbox came with this ), I have included both, use the 3.727 transmission setup with open diff LSD setup.
Everything else are as close as possible to real car. Enjoy the drive :) This car will be great for spec endurance racing.

The car in action IRL :

UPDATE : Major update to the suspension, ARB has been tweaked, camber and toe alignment has been corrected, added optional spring rate setup ( there are differing opinion on helper springs being calculated into main spring rate - both are listed, one do not and another include helper spring rate in total value ), added both rear diff offered by TMG, FD20A ( open diff with 3.727 gear ) and FD20AT ( Torsen diff with 4.100 gear - came with stock GT86 in GT6 )

UPDATE 1.15 : Fixed Toe values.

Toe values has been corrected.

Notes :

The car is tuned using setup based on the TMG 86 GT CS V3 Cup replica, the aim is to win the Intermediate Level A Spec at Madrid Seasonal Race.

Set at 500PP and Racing Hard tire, the goal is to lap under 1:30s range in order to win the race with requirement to finish under 5 minutes time.

The car was built upon request from @danbojte :) I spent 20 minutes to fine tune the suspension and LSD within limits of the fixed camber and toe.

I raced couple of times and on one of the wins, I won by very close margin 0.057s against the leader Lancia Delta S4. The Delta was zooming in like on nitro

Please try the base tune first, if you feel the car is too tight and unforgiving, try the optional LSD ( low lock ) and rear Damper extension. The optional front damper compression is only advisable when having issue under braking.

Aero is set at minimum to maximize speed ( acceleration ), while gearing uses Cusco Close Ratio Gear Set with the matching Final Drive.

If wanted less front heavy, use the optional -34 ballast position for 54/46 distribution. This is the most rearward position possible while still on 500PP.

Enjoy

I am a huge fan of the Lotus Elise cars in GT6. I would own every variation in GT6 if they were all premium models, but they are not all premium, so I just drive the heck out of the ones that are. :D This Lotus Elise '96 replica delivered exactly what I expected. She's a quick, nimble and extremely light car that likes to get thrown around bends and tossed into corners almost begging you to keep your foot off the brake pedal.

For my first laps around Brands Hatch (full course) I tried to honor her requests as well as I could. It feels a bit weird only giving the slightest tap of the brake, or only lifting my foot off the throttle for a bit going around Hawthorns Bend, Westfield Bend or Sheene Curve before mashing my foot back down on the accelerator. Granted, with only 118 HP and 122 LB/FT of torque this Lotus isn't exactly setting any track records, but I think she will do just fine holding her own against other 416PP cars!

I only drove with the 45:55 weight distribution setup. Also, I only used CS tires so I didn't try out the various recommended Anti-Roll Bar settings. Not to get all 'Pretty Woman' on you, but if I slapped Sport Soft tires on this car, this Lotus truly would handle like it's on rails. :embarrassed: At it's current PP value I can't imagine a situation where SS tires would be needed - the power just isn't there and the lateral grip is already outstanding even on CS tires. I'm not one of those players who scream "RH tires on everything under 600PP! Anything softer is unrealistic!! Where is my tinfoil hat?!" SH tires would work really well on this car and maybe SM tires at the very, very most extreme example. Drive this baby with the dealership mounted CS tires. You'll see what I mean.

From what I've seen of her so far, Ridox... A very nice tune. 👍

Steering sensitivity at +1 or +2, all aids off, except ABS 1 ( if not comfortable with ABS 0 ) with 5/6 brake balance as starting point.

Ahh, the GAZOO Racing Toyota 86. I don't know what I ever expected out of this car seeing how the engine specs are exactly the same as the Toyota 86 GT and the weight is exactly the same. Hmmm...What is it that makes this GAZOO 86 a racing car at all? Yes, it comes with a totally bad-ass rear wing and that killer paint job has gotta be worth like 5 mph extra at the top end, right? :sly: No...That can't be it. Well, one thing that is VERY different is the stock suspension settings of each car. The base Toyota 86 GT has a set of springs that can't bet set nearly as hard as the base value of the GAZOO spring settings. However, you can get them pretty darn close and for some people that might be enough to offset the fact that you can not adjust Camber Angle or Toe Angle on the GAZOO suspension. I don't know why the heck PD does that with some of their cars...especially considering the issues with camber and the absurd Toe Angle they apply to many cars, this one included.

I will say that you have set her up nicely, Ridox. I have only driven her with RH tires, as I feel "racing" cars should have racing tires. I know you are building replicas, so I don't have to blame you for that large gap between 5th and 6th. :D I don't think you'll be seeing 6th gear very often with this car anyway, save for tracks like Nordschleife, Sarthe and perhaps Spa and Monza as well. Even with the engine upgrades she is not a rocket ship. I will admit, however, for all the flaws that I can point out there is something about this car that is just very fun to drive. Thanks for reminding me of that!

Great setup accounting the fixed Camber/Toe 👍

I'm still thinking the setup a bit unforgiving when getting over the limit, the last round about before the final chicane at Madrid needs good entry and well picked exit line. I think Sports Soft tire works better than RH tire on the car :D

First braking point is crucial for a fast lap, I always aim for the left curb ( brake right next to it ) then hug the right wall and take a clean entry on the hairpin. For the last chicane, brake right at the last yellow sign of the left, then hit the right entry clipping point. This allows good exit for the finish line. Try the low lock LSD, it allows more freedom in picking the lines. On my races, I usually hit at least high 1:30s or low 1:31s on 1st lap, depending on the traffic passing. Then 2nd in 1:29s and 3rd lap at 1:28s ( my best was 1:28.7s in the race ). Need to be very cunning passing the road blocks

Thank you for driving the cars and giving your thoughts :D Hope the Gazoo 86 GT can win you races :) Please let me know if the 86 still has issue with oversteer on low speed exits :) For gearing, the Cusco close ratio and final is a good step up in real life, giving good 1st and 2nd gear performance, maintaining optimum power band on shift up. The 6th gear indeed left alone by Cusco, probably for overdrive/highway cruising.

The 6th gear used on Madrid Seasonal, mainly on the main straight and the other long straight after 1st hairpin.

Was it an easy win ?
Not very easy but very pleasant. 👍
Need to be very cunning passing the road blocks
Very true and important. :scared:
Then 2nd in 1:29s and 3rd lap at 1:28s ( my best was 1:28.7s in the race ).
I couldn't go that low (high) yet, but I'm sure I'll ride it again. :P

That's what I'm focusing on, too. I appreciate any tip from you.

Post updated (changed).

Wow, that was close overtake on the exit of the chicane :) Did the Delta S4 zoomed in like a rocket afterwards ? I see you have gone into 1:29s :P Keep it up and you would be in 1:28s in no time, be sure to draft when you get the chance and overtake the WRX Rally + Shelby Daytona on the 1st hairpin on 3rd lap :)

Circuito de Madrid_10.jpg

This is a good reference point to overtake the pesky Audi Quattro S1, and you can see the Delta S4 right on the next corner :D

Notes :

The ENDLESS ADVAN CS-X Lancer Evo X ST-2 replica was built to replicate the Rd 1 Suzuka 500 Km Race in 2008 Super Taikyu Championship ( car #13 ) and 2009 ST-2 Class Champion ( number changed to #3 ).

The Super Taikyu is a super endurance series under ruling or governed/run by STO and JAF. Running for years, the series enjoyed massive following and popularity in Japan. Variety of cars both domestic and foreign origin join together in all out test of pace and endurance with races counted in distance or time ( 500km races and 12 hours for example )

There are classes where cars are divided based on engine size and weight limit. ST-2 is a special class for all wheel drive cars with 2,001 - of 3,500cc engine capacity and a set minimum weight, mainly Subaru Impreza and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution.

The car in this replica is based on the Endless Sports Advan #13 Evo X that starts in Rd1 Suzuka 500 Km Race in 2008 Super Taikyu. The car was driven by 2 driver team, Nobuhiro Murata and Kyosuke Mineo. In 2009, another driver join in, Eiji Yamada with car number changed to #3. The #3 car finally became the 2009 Super Taikyu ST-2 Champion.

In the 1st Round 2008 Super Taikyu race at Suzuka 500 Km event, the Endless #13 Evo X set a blistering pace in practice session in Friday 25th April 2008, best 3 consecutive laps recorded :
#13 ENDLESS ADVAN CS.Z 2'21.346 - 2'18.821 - 2'18.831

The next day, 26th April 2008, Saturday qualifying session, determined by the sum of both drivers best lap, the Endless Advan Evo X struggle for better pace and settled for 6th position in ST-2 Class. Nobuhiro Murata was replaced by Hirokazu Suzuki. Nobuhiro Murata drove the other car entrant also run by Endless Sports - FINA Advan BMW M3 ST-3 Class which ranked 3rd.
#13 ENDLESS ADVAN CS · Z
Mineo, Kyosuke 2'19.237; Suzuki, Hirokazu 2'19.259; Total = 4'38.496 6th ST-2

The best qualifying by CZ4A Evo X was done by car #11 Orleans Evo X Team, with drivers from well known regulars in Best Motoring Video Magazine, "The Professor" Evo Expert Nakaya Akihiko set the quickest Evo X lap time in the event and Kino****a Takayuki posted 2nd best :
#11 Orleans Lancer EVO Ⅹ
Akihiko, Nakaya 2'17.823; Takayuki, Kino****a 2'18.115; Total = 4'35.938 4th ST-2

While, the best qualifying time by Lancer Evo was set by DIXCEL ☆ Shinryo Auto Evo IX MR CT9A with 2'15.868 lap time

On Sunday 27 April 2008, the race day :
The Endless Advan Evo X finished 3rd in class ( ST-2 ) and 7th overall completing 83 laps, 4 laps behind the top finisher.
Mineo Kyosuke 2'19.249 ( best in lap 53 )
Suzuki Hirokazu 2'21.429 ( best in lap 30 )
Total Time : 3:19'17.480

The #11 Orleans Evo X, once again the quickest Evo X in the race, finished 2nd in class ( ST-2 ) and 4th overall completing 84 laps, 3 laps behind the top finisher.
Akihiko Nakaya 2'18.723 ( best in lap 52 )
Takayuki Kino****a 2'19.741 ( best in lap 32 )
Total Time : 3:20'45.258

Nakaya Akihiko set the best lap in the race among ST-2 class cars ( the only Evo breaking into 2:18s range during the race  ), beating the 1st position in ST-2, Sequential ENDLESS Advan Evo IX CT9A driven by Hisashi Wada with 2'19.189 ( best in lap 28 ).

Now, the GT6 replica is set with available information gathered from many sources. The Endless Advan Evo X has between 350-370 PS ( power figure estimation as the Endless car exact power was kept secret ). The Endless Evo X uses HKS and Colt Speed parts for power department ( engine + exhaust ). I have provided 2 sets of power specs, 350PS and 370PS, although I do feel that the Endless Evo X most likely have about 320-330PS due to the very limited range of engine modification allowed in Super Taikyu ST2 class.

For weight and distribution, the Endless Evo X estimated weight was 1390kg based on Japanese Super Taikyu articles and reports. Due to extensive weight diet performed, the distribution has shifted forward slightly at 61/39 from 58/42 stock weight. The ST2 Evo X has safety roll cage and chassis reinforcement with fuel tank at the trunk to provide the best weight balance possible.

Suspension, I used one of the Endless product line, the Zeal Function X Plus ( Soft ) with X Coil Springs rated at 10k front and 8k rear. This is the base setup, while the optional rear rate offered by Zeal is provided as optional suspension setup with higher rear rate at 9.5k.

The base car used for the Endless Evo X is a 5 speed manual GSR, so I adapted the 5 speed ratio using the custom transmission. The stock 5 speed ratio proven to be good performer at Suzuka. The 6th gear has been set to be obsolete.

The S-AWC ( ACD and AYC ) are kept stock ( AYC Controller at 30 and stock torque split controller ), while the other drive train parts like clutch and drive shaft are also kept stock. Brake is also standard as I deemed the stopping power is adequate for sports soft tire used. The brake balance has been increased to provide optimal braking.

Body rigidity improvement has been installed ( mandatory ) as the real car has added roll cage and extensive chassis reinforcement. Aero has been set at 20 ( max ), rear wing height is set at 0 - for 2009 #3 Endless Advan Evo X ( same car with different number and slightly different wing ), you can use -5 or lower to get closer to the real car wing height for #13 2008 Endless Evo X.

The Endless Advan Evo X was tuned and tested at Suzuka. Tire is sports soft, with 370PS power when tested it was capable of 2:16.3xxs lap time with ease. A 2:15s is within reach, similar to the best qualifying lap time during Rd1 Suzuka 500Km 2008 at 2'15.868 by an Evo IX MR CT9A DIXCEL ☆ Shinryo Auto Team . Of course, the 2:16s Evo X 370PS lap is what if scenario, as the best the Evo X can muster at the event qualifying was in 2:17s range. A closer to real life performance would be using the 350PS power spec which will bring closer to 2:17s-2:18s lap time range.

I have provided a replay of test run using the 370 PS spec, base suspension 10k/8k and sports soft tire - offline.

I have Gr N Evo X gear ratios ( 5 speed ) that can be used well :P

I have a Super Taikyu race this weekend, and i am in the ST2 class, but i will be driving a Subie!

As you can see by the rules, the car has 410hp and 1260kg, good for 2:08.xx on Sport Soft.

I will definetly give the Evo a try! Maybe after the race, because i still need to do some training.

And you are welcome to join us!

2:08s is a very good time online with tire wear ( set at fast isn't it ) :) Not sure if the Endless Evo X can do 2:10s with 425HP 1260kg online, let alone 2:08s. That's 8 seconds to cover with 60HP more, 130kg less :scared:
