If someone finds the time and pleasure to prepare these three race cars that I have use in an online championship, would be great, so I could have a decent, competitive racing. :)

It is not mandatory, of course. :P

All three cars must be used in the six races - all 3 at Spa, any 2 of them at Le Mans, the remaining 1 at Nurburgring. These are the Tracks and Specs:

Tested on CM tire at Trial Mountain, capable of 1:46s lap on HKS 6sp, 4.111 final, base suspension. Replay included, try to beat the ghost on same setup / CM tire, if you can, then you should be able to extract the most of the car on higher grip tire as well.

1:50:816 on the first try. Suffering a little with normal tires. Going to work now and returning a new attempt following the ghost. Soon I will be worthy of a set of sports tires.

I have those 3 tuned in GT5 and GT6, let's see if the tune worthwhile for racing :)

Thanks for explaining that :) 👍

The reason I asked is, yesterday I was in wonderful Melbourne traffic when I heard an interesting engine note. Looking in the mirror, I realised I was being followed by a far from standard spec R32 GT-R. All black paintwork, an obvious aftermarket alloy through the front airdam, Enkei rims & an exhaust that was drawing attention. It didn't sound 'factory' & the guy was driving like a model citizen but I noticed he had plates on the car 'BNR32' and it planted the question in my head.

Reminds me the old days in Sydney :) I used to be in JDM circles :P Imports, street racers etc.

Hope you had fun with the car :)

Wow, that's great then! 👍 :)

What sort of time for Spa that you expect from the tune ? 2:22s offline which should be similar to GT3 cars ?

For Subaru GT300, try this old trick I used ( still remembers it as it's similar trick with FWD car and had old notes of it ), just rough setup :

BB 3/5

Ride Height Max Max ( Try Highest on both ends )
Spring 16.00 16.00
Damper F/R
Comp 3 1
Ext 10 10
ARB 1 7
Camber 3.5 3.5 ( or run zero or lowest you wish for )
Toe 0.00 0.00

Use Stock Custom Transmission values, should be suitable for Spa from get go.

LSD
Front
Initial 5
Accel 18
Braking 5

Rear
Initial 10
Accel 48
Braking 18

Torque Split 50:50 ( best even wear, stable )

Aero : 350 / 350 ( best balance to compensate torque split )

Ballast Position : Can use front most or rear most, try front most, should be good enough. Probably close to 55/45, but should still rotate well.

Should be able to flat out at Eau Rouge ( SPA ), and around 2:24 to 2:22s on RH.

This car was tested on the Nürburgring Nordschleife 24H, with my first lap in 8:44.651, this time can be improved as I did one mistake. I reckon a time at 8:39.000 can be possible:)

Hope these settings can be useful, and provide some good racing Danbojte:tup::cheers:

You must try the 500PP at Trial Mountain on CM tire, just like the test lap :) Manage the turbo/throttle to keep the car in check :)

I did it - 1'46.

Though, I don't get it, in general, why one have to drive a car like it is on ice with nitroglycerin cargo.
Because I'm :banghead: I forgot at home a fun photo I've made, from yesterday's session with the car upside down.
After all it was intense and quite fun. :D

Replay attached.

Edit: I don't know, something could be wrong with the replay...I see it's quite big at 1.5MB...:odd:
It's not the replay it should be - it's from Nov 6, Sierra/Lister WRC TT. I'll take it back and update later today. 👍

Edit 2: Replay attached. :) & photo. ;)

Consider the power and torque it has, the real S14 with street tires of similar size ( width and rim size ) would definitely drive slippery even on dry tarmax. I've driven 300-400HP Skylines GTS-T and Silvias ( S13 to S15 ), and even with 245-265+ wide rear high performance tires ( 17-18 inch wheel ), the rear becomes sensitive to throttle, oversteer on 2nd and 3rd gear speed is on every corner. Stock size tires = drifto :P

I see and I agree but, you drove those cars in city traffic conditions or highways, obeying to rules and speed limits, I believe. In Gran Turismo 6, we are Racing. :P ;)

You can slide the Skyline or Silvia even on low speed intersection :P, a little stab on gas, and counter steer in 2nd gear. I used to be naughty, not now as I grow older. Won't advise such driving on busy street or pouring rain. Just to give insight of how most of young drivers in Sydney with tuned/modded imports back then in early 2000's, 300-400+HP, street tires, hooning. There are even 500-600HP R33 GTS-T ( RWD ) on street tire like Kumho, Toyo, Bridgestone RE etc.

A 300+HP R33 with damp road, 3rd gear at at 80kmh can get slippery at the rear ( small corrections ) even driving straight :)

Yes, off course he did ;)

Wow! All three cars built and tested at Spa Francorchamps / International A / Group GT3 Series. They are...GREAT! 👍
I couldn't believe my...hands? :odd:  Wow! They are on rail! When I'm thinking at what "boxes" I drove in the second bracket... :yuck:

I'll keep your colors and numbers in races when this will be possible. If I could, I'd paint your name on the cars...Maybe in GT Sport will be possible?! :)

You are very good and lost in the crowd,...what's your name? How should I call you?
Do you have a wheel or DS3?

I'd like to add you to my friends list on PS3 if you'll share your correct PSN ID. :P :)

And my last question would be - Do you recommend to reset to default the stock transmission after the Engine 3 upgrade? As far as I know if a power part is upgraded then the gear ratios will change in the case of Reset to default the tranny.

You made me happy! Thank you!
Dan

That's great news :) What sort of lap time did you get at Spa ? @gt6champnk69 Congrats mate

I did 1:48. As I'm not used to ride in CM tires and ABS 0, quite a good time. In Sports Tires I did 1:42. A golden lap in last seasonal in Trial Montain using 550 PPs cars in Sports tires. Pretty fast too.
I'm sorry about what happened to your car. It was a beautiful car.

You don't have to drive with ABS 0, with comfort tires, ABS 0 can be tricky as the tire grip is low, but it can also be a good method for practice.

They were between 2:23 and 2:27 but in racing conditions without touching the opponents. :)

It may have been lucky. But it happened to be the best lap with ABS 0.
I did it also with ABS 0. If I remember correctly - 3/5 BB.

I had 2:24s with the Lexus, but without oil change and basic setup with high lock LSD and camber  I basically made it hard to drive :P

The RX7 is the trickiest to tune of the 3 cars IMO.

I had been busy typing on AC thread again, not sure if I went too far, but I tried to be civil and polite.

First of all, I am very happy, to wake up and read your review @danbojte :). Thank you so much for your kind words:cheers::bowdown:. I'm glad that they also suit your driving style. I'm the "Other Danish Guy":D. Couldn't help myself...
Yes, I recommend to install all parts first, then do the Transmission, you could start with only change the Final gear to suit the track.
The only time I raced with a wheel, was in GT4 in a period of 2 months only.
I race with the DS3 controller, from 1998 to 2016. I'm honored and proud that you will stick my name of your car in GTSport. My name is Jesper...;. By the way, how do they fit to online racing?.
Visit my replica garage, "KISMOZZT231 replica garage" in the GT6 tuning thread:cheers:.
I will let you know about my PSN ID later.

Wait, I'm talking about the stock transmission - as you've wrote in the setup. I know about the custom transmission and the Final Gear. I thought you're fine with the Stock Transmission to be used. That's what I'm referring at.
My name is Jesper
It's nice to meet you Jesper. I'm Dan.

Haven't tested online yet.

I was there already some time ago... :sly:

What about your PSN ID?! :P :D

Nice to meet you too Dan:tup:. Oh, yes I'm fine with the stock transmission, I didn't touch it when I tuned all three cars. I can't give you my PSN ID because my PS3 crashed down on me a while ago.
I can't create and test run my created tracks in TPE either, or download them.
Go with stock transmission without set to default, only adjust final gear to suit track:cheers:

@danbojte. The default ratios may change due to extra torque being added. However I have a few replica based builds with IRL ratios used which never change when I add or remove power parts :odd:. Also worth noting, any change in final gear will have an effect on cars handling/turning ability in corners, as the final gear and LSD work in tandem to apply power from the transmission to drive wheels (during accelerating and braking:)). Small changes won't hurt too much but a big change will have very noticable effects which could mean LSD needs small tweaks too to maintain the same feel. Better to keep final gear as close as possible and alter top speed slider instead. Of course this is only my opinion :).
