RKM Motorsport - Tuned Tuners - May '13

R32 suspension, max downforce, work the gearing out yourself and if there's an LSD, borrow settings from one of RJ's 4WD cars.

Also I just did 1:16 at Rome with the Civic Type R Turbo with 372bhp on sports softs on my first lap. I'm guessing racing tyres would cream 1:10.

 great, work out the gears myself. The area I suck at tuning the most.

So, you gonna use it for the BCC?

You've driven my E-Type was wondering how close to 1:10 you could get it. I've managed a low 1:13 on RS tires...:D

I can't break past 1:11.5 in my Civic so I doubt I'd be able to do it in the Jag. I'm not even a good driver! Need to find a more suitable car...

Then I guess asking you about "Quicksilver" my 500PP Spitfire tune that runs about the same as "Sabertooth" is pointless.:crazy:

Yeah.

The RM? It has less than 300bhp when you try and knock 40PP off it to make it 500PP. It won't even get close.

Add ballast.:D
Oh and remove most of your rear downforce.
Set it up similar to the way I had the Cien set up for the 600PP shootout. Rome doesn't have much in the way of medium speed corners so getting a car to hold its lines in the high speed sweepers and turn in good for the one tight turn should pay off.

I'd need to add a whole cow to the front end to make up for how much PP the downforce adds. Then it would just end up like my Lolvo. Crap. :ouch:

Use the magic of RJ's diff :D And just reduce a bit of it. Or get a newer ITR built to 460PP then add the downforce.

It's already got the new LSD. Not a clue what the you mean after that though. If you mean a non-RM ITR, it'll be faster but not 1.5 seconds faster. After getting 1:11.3 with Juliet, I think handling isn't the issue, it's power. :D

I have a ex-BCC Audi RS4 with 509PP and around 470hp running RJ's setup, maybe that'll work? And what I meant after the magic diff crap was that you should reduce downforce a bit.

I can't actually find anything better than the Elise for 500PP, being that it is the 500PP car of choice. I'm just going to blame my driving skills and call it quits. :dunce:

 I can come up with something better. A Vauxhall VX220 :D

There's always the Vectra :D

Speaking of that…should I kill that as well as part of my demolition derby? :D

Everything with a Vauxhall badge that isn't a rebadged Holden should be junked, so yes.

Stop it! You're raping his mind! Don't worry Roj, the VXR8 is still a hit.

And I'd much rather you take out a Corsa. Having a Corsa in real life just says you know nothing about cars...

So, the short list-
VW Beetle Type 11
Citroen 2CV
Toyota Prius (1st gen)
Toyota Prius (2nd gen)
Toyota Prius (3rd gen)
Nissan R35 (to be driven in reverse only)

Track……Autumn Ring Mini? Go-kart track? (need some ideas here)

Mind rape FTW! :D

Nah, a 200hp postman pat's van that kicked a Lotus Esprit's arse is cool as hell :D The stock one isn't though.

Fixed. ;)

Well...same thing really. I find chav's tend to go for a Peugeot 106, 205, 206, 306 or a Citroen Saxo as well. I have a chav-style 106 S16 in my garage

Well, around my area, it's all R35s and Gallardos and DB9s and NSXs :D But there are a lot of shiny MPVs with rims that wouldn't look out of place in Vegas as well.

But as long as the 106 in question is in an understated colour, I won't mind it that much. Rice it out = ruined.

Mine's white. See this video for a riced out Peugeot though (and it's only got 200hp, which for a 3.0 V6 is pathetic!)...

The Austin beats it too. Albeit with some actual tuning.

Don't forget the Clio, Fiesta, VW Polo... Basically they go for any cheap Eurobox that their mum can insure for them, yes.

*yawn* saw that, I know who won, so the spoiler tags weren't needed. Imma top gear noob. Watched every episode at least 5 times :D

And do you want to help with the 'smash cars up'? I'm gonna need some extra hands.
